The location was good but the view from the room was terrible. We were looking into people’s private or rented units. Also breakfast room was very claustrophobic. Not quite on par with Thon near the station in Oslo.

Slightly difficult to find ,it is not at the address giving that is a McDonald’s. It is round the corner in Markeveien and is not a very obvious entrance. Good quick check in and nice staff. Comfortable bed and great breakfast with a self service coffee always available. Very easy to walk to all the centre of Bergen and the port.

Great location, only a block from end of the light rail line 1 that goes to airport. Couple blocks from Fish Market. Room was spacious. Breakfast bar was great! Beds/pillows were a bit softer for my taste but I think that's a Scandinavia thing from other hotels.

Hotel was convenient access to Bergen city center and many attractions. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Probably not for families/kids. Arrived to pretty rowdy scene around hotel lots of partying and drunks. Safe in the room was not functional which was frustrating. Cleaning staff knocked on my door early 9am and when I said don’t come in they opened the door and through the crack asked if I needed service that day. It was a little early for that type of request.

Room was modern with plenty of storage; the bathroom was modern and a good size. Fantastic location, across the street from a five-level enclosed mall for when it rains, and an easy walk down a wide boulevard to the fish market, harbor, and funicular. Highly recommended!

Great location, right in the heart of everything you want to see in Bergen. It's within walking distance to the train station if you're heading to Flam, and the light rail terminal to the airport is also just a short walk away. Very close to shopping centers as well. The breakfast buffet is excellent with plenty of options. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit small, but overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Coming from the airport with the train to Bergen center the Hotel is just straight down 300 yards. The hotel personnel is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is at the center of all the activities. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again. Hotel breakfast is included with the room and one of the best I have enjoyed Very clean Hotel and great location.

We arrived late due to delayed flights. The night clerk was excellent with us checking in late and very helpful. The breakfast was the best we had in Norway. The staff the next day at checkout was very friendly and looked up info for us since our cell phones were not working. Would stay there again.

The cleanliness is little below average standards.
The breakfast is just ok, not as advertised, and the restaurant gets really crammed.
The pros are the staff, who were always willing to help.
Even though the location isn't prime, it is close enough to Brygge (6 min walk) and close to the tram to the airport.
For the price of this hotel you should get a lot more.

During my recent family trip, me and my family stayed for a few days in this hotel in Bergen, which is located at an excellent and very convenient spot in the city. The check-in was very fast and good, staff were very nice. It was clean, well organised and the best thing was the fresh food in the restaurant. The restaurant was indeed a very comfortable place on the top floor of the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel to others and I would love to stay there again in the future.
