The room was nice and comfortable, but our sink and tub/shower had no hot water. We ran it for ever and it never got hot.

Much better places to stay for the price as I don’t believe this hotel should be a 4 star. Rooms are outdated and beds/pillows are uncomfortable! Bathrooms look like they are from the 80’s. For the money, go ahead and stay at the Ritz, Riggs, or Conrad!

The hotel was nice. I liked the room and restaurant. The things to fix are that there was a sewage smell in the lower floor event rooms and the lobby was over perfumed to cover it up.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and facilities were nice. The only minor issue during my stay was the noise from the street level. There was some kind of demonstration and/or fight in the park across the street that went to the late evening and early hours of the next morning, which kept me awake for a while.

Appreciate the historic value and architecture of the property. Was mortified to be served room service breakfast on my husband's birthday - from plastic containers in a brown paper bag. Stature and elegance has definitely gone done the tubes. And there was no glass of champagne greet on arrival.

Very nice facility with a welcoming bar and restaurant right there. I was there early, but was given a room before normal check in. staff was extremely professional and nice. Room was great

Negative was that the hotel restaurant was booked for a private event one day of our stay.

This hotel is way too expensive for the quality and cleanliness of their rooms. You are paying for location and getting Holiday Inn type of a room. My carpet in the room was sticky, furniture heated and dated, and the worst was the bathroom where everything was so old it leaked. The sink leaked water on the carpet when run, the toilet broke on 3rd day I had to call service to fix it. After they fixed it, it started leaking water all over the floor when flushing. Everything looks old and barely maintained, do not recommend for such high price.

We initially had an issue with a very noisy air conditioner and after an attempted to fix this, we were given another room and a bottle of bubbles as compensation for bed night's sleep.
We would particularly like to thank Sarah for resolving this issue.
