This hotel has to be the best hotel we've stayed in as a young family.
All the hotel staff were all extremely polite, courteous, and helpful. From the welcome desk, to breakfast service staff, and even the maids cleaning rooms were all very pleasant and friendly.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, well worth the extra if you are considering it. It was easily amongst the best food we ate while we stayed there.
The only tiny, tiny complaint was that every table advertised their "world famous waffles", and our seven year old was beyond excited. However, on each of the three days we were there the waffles were not available (adverts still ok every table), so a very disappointed young man. That aside, the breakfast was brilliant and it was good to know what was in store each morning.
The hotel itself was clea, fresh, and tidy. It was also very quiet too. Our room was on the harbour side, above a daily busy road, but with twin sets of double glazing we genuinely couldn't hear the traffic. The room was peaceful and quiet.
We requested an extra pillow in the night, and the staff were happy to oblige with a smile.
There is also a taxi rank outside the hotel, which had a cab waiting on each occasion we needed one. Although the city centre is only 15 minutes walk away.
Overall it was a brilliant stay and would happily recommend. If we go back to Dublin next year it's very likely where we will stay.

The hotel was nice and in a good location. Not great for my wife who was coeliac though unfortunately. Dinner menu was limited. One of the few options she was told she could have was chicken supreme. When they brought it out they then informed my wife that because she was coeliac she couldn’t have any of the potatoes. So they served her just a piece of chicken and some vegetables. No offer even to reduce the price! Breakfast wasn’t much better for her either. Not good

The location was great and convenient to public transportation and all attractions. The hotel was modern and clean. But, the beds were not the most comfortable. Other than that it was great.

If you’re relatively active, you can walk to pubs and restaurants in the area. We were even able to walk to certain sights without taking a taxi and able to see most of Dublin Centre. The staff here was wonderful, happily answering all of our persistent questions about Ireland.

We had a great week stay there. I recommend including the breakfast. The only inconvenience was with the Expedia deal- overnight flight from the US, landed at 8am, and cannot check it to the room until 3pm. I did not realize that until days before, and tried to get early check in but did not.
