Extreme loud of road traffic, never got any hot water in shower or sink.

It’s a great location, but between the highway noise and the thin walls, you could hear showers turn on etc. Sounded like they were in your bathroom. Not restful. The front desk clerk was so friendly, she was the best part

Hard mattresses and two small pillows on a bed made for a poor night of sleep. Small breakfast offering in a crowded room, coffee machine could not keep hot water supply up with demand.

There was too much noise. You could hear normal conversation on both sides. Walls are too thin. The refrigerator didn’t work and shower leaked. The sink and shower surround was cracked.

This stay was part of a long road trip. We just needed the basics and we got them! The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Our room did not face the highway but the sound found us. It was a night filled with the sounds from trains, cars, and trucks along the I40. The front desk associate was pleasant. It was a place to rest before continuing on the road.

The staff was very friendly, the room was nice and spacious, the bed was soft and the bathroom was spacious and excellent with plenty of water pressure. If there's one thing that is a negative the home depot's behind the hotel had very loud music playing over their intercom all night long. I don't know why they did this but they did and it was disturbing for rent. There's nothing in the hotel can do about it it was 100% the home Depot.

Booked a king room and got a double room, no first floor rooms available, handicap room broken, no refrigerator in room, toilets are terrible-tiny child size from out of a nursery school

We have always had good experiences with Quality Inn, but upon getting into bed, we found mouse feces. Will not be back.

I will not stay at the Quality Inn in New Mexico again and would not recommend it to others. The furniture was old, the one sitting chair was filthy, we had several beetles in our room. We were ground floor so one or two would be expected, but the aged furniture, old fixtures and dipping mattress just weren’t what I thought $180 would buy. Not enough towels, just overall inadequate for the price. Parking lot was full of roofing vehicles, surroundings were noisy.
