Location is perfect.

The staff were very friendly. The 24 coffee service in the lounge was very nice and the coffee was very good. The water stations were also a great convenience with the complimentary water bottles. The sparkling water was a nice surprise. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was pretty comfortable but the pillows not so much. A disappointing that this hotel does not have any king size beds. The bathroom is in much need of renovations. It was very small. The sink & shower were both tiny, and the toilet is one you’d find in a public restroom. Not what I would expect in this type of hotel. Overall though a nice stay.

The woman who checked us in was so nice, I loved the water dispenser in the hallway and the coffee in the morning was really good. Location was excellent, very quiet at night.

Excellent and friendly staff. Very comfortable and clean. Others have said rooms are small but I found it was perfectly ok. Central location - a couple of small blocks from MBTA stations, shopping streets and a few minutes more from the waterfront. I would certainly stay again.

Hotel is perfectly positioned on devonashire within an easy walk to local eateries, subways and historical stops. Rooms are small but very clean with coffee pod maker, fridge included Hotel also has a lovely lounge on first floor with a coffee machine that allows one to make any type of coffee from a regular to a cappuccino. Floors include water bottles and filtered cold water to fill up. Staff is attentive and professional Best place to stay and extremely safe

Perfect location for walking the Freedom Trail. The restaurant attached to the hotel is really good and convenient. The hotel’s “fancy” coffee maker in the lobby sporadically worked which was disappointing.

I’m done w club quarters brand, i think it’s just not for me. i thought their value add was small rooms but high end finishes, this property was small and dated / low end finishes. probably the most important part of a hotel stay is the bed, and theirs are terrible. i would have rather had an air mattress on the floor than the bed i had. and at $500 a night, come’on. staff was friendly, but a good night of sleep is table stakes for a hotel and this one did not antiup

The location is convenient to the State street Blue line terminal that we used to come to the BOS airport. We had an entertaining last day visiting the Boston waterfront & Faneuil Marketplace & eating at the Bostonia Public House, all in walking distance.

On the positive side the hotels location is excellent to discover downtown Boston , and we received an upgrade to a suite. However the hotel is very dated inside and desperately needs to be renovated. No daily housekeeping, you need to ask reception for someone to come and clean the room daily. Reception staff were however very helpful and friendly.

I booked two nights at CQ. While checking out clerk did not give receipt I requested. He said it would be emailed. Did not receive. Still not sure amount charged by hotel.

Great location - room clean and had a nice cozy sitting room with coffee drinks. Restaurant/Bar next door was great! Able to walk to many places.

Clean nice room. Only complaint was city noise. While we could not hear other hotel guest the city noise was loud and we were on the 10th floor. However I would stay here again. Very convenient
