I was not informed that construction was going on! The front lobby was being worked on! When I checked n at 3pm the noise level was off the charts! I was told they would stop at 5pm. They did, but unfortunately I got no rest for a family function between 3-5. In addition, there was no cell phone service inside the building so I could not text my husband to let him know which room I was in! I had to go outside of the building and walk down the street to get service! The carpeting in the hallways was filthy…

HIGHLY recommend. The shuttle driver was so friendly and so informative. The front desk clerk was amazing and helpful as well. The room! SO big and very user friendly! Great amenities! Love this place!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location on I-80 near the I-215 and the airport was excellent for going to other locations in the area. The room was large and very clean.

We were in town for a convention. It’s a typical Hampton Inn. The beds you could feel every spring. The breakfast is the usual things it’s good but nothing new. But as I said it’s the norm for Hampton nothing special but nothing that bad either.

The room was very large and VERY clean. The bathroom sparkled. More towels than usually given in other hotels.

as an honors member I rate it the worst possible experience and i will be looking for a new travel hotel to depend on ….

The room was well-designed for my needs. The staff is friendly & helpful, including the breakfast staff. Good breakfast, by the way. The only complaint is that I wasn’t able to get the TV to work. Perhaps I needed some instructions to follow?

Not all Hampton Inns are the same apparently. We had just left a Hampton Inn in New Paltz, NY that was fabulous and have stayed at the one in downtown, SLC, which is also great. This one was pretty awful. Old, dark & not very clean. Upon arrival, we rolled back the covers to see wrinkled sheets with a hair in them. The staff brought us up fresh sheets that we changed ourselves. I booked this location because it was right by the airport and we got in at close to midnight but it would have been worth the extra drive to the downtown location.

Had to find a place to stay last minute because of delayed flight. Got into SLC at 1 am. We were picked up about 10 minutes after we called. Room was clean. Had a nice simple breakfast in the morning and took shuttle to airport. The most stress free part of my entire trip.

Loved how close it was to the airport. All staff encountered very friendly and helpful. Pool was quite nice, love having access to an outdoors pool.

I thought the gal, who checked us in late afternoon, was friendly and professional.
We stayed only one night ,and we took the 4:30 am shuttle to the airport. It was thoughtful that a bagged breakfast was provided since we would miss the regular breakfast offerings.

Not all Hampton’s are created equal. This one lives up to the standards. I greatly appreciated the staff checking on me and taking care of my room. Everything else was excellent. Definitely recommend.
