Really wanted to express out appreciation for the cleanliness and attention to our room. Never did we think we would receive daily service to our room.
Breakfast was nothing overly special, however my husband could not believe full sausages with scrambled eggs, I liked the fact they had fresh orange juice from a machine squashing oranges, and fresh coffee frim a machine which tasted better than the Novotel we had come from in Melb.
Not only that, but we got a bag of washing done and dried for a very reasonable amount and back in our room before early afternoon. Got to say guys, you helped us out and did not shirk from anything we asked. Hospitality at its best.

Definitely has potential but facility needs work and more staff to cover basic needs.
Didn’t get much sleep because of guests walking above creating noise. Toilet didn’t flush properly . Bathroom taps and shower taps were leaking and nearly came off in my hand. Television came on at 1:15am by itself and continued to do this every 15 minutes until turned off at the outlet.

We didn’t feel rushed to leave and enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. The look of the motel is pleasing with the retro furnishings and staircase. Our room was noisy with a fan which varied in frequency, we couldn’t locate where to turn it off. Please could you ask the receptionist to slow her speech a bit as we had difficulty following her instructions on how to get to our room when we checked in last night. Overall a very nice stay.

The room allocated to me should not been available to anyone unless the bathroom , toilet etc has a complete remake. Leaking taps, basin, tiles & cracks all over . I didnt shower on 2nd morning before departing as it was dreadful .

Room was clean and spacious but very dated. New fridge and tv. Bed was soft and rolled to the middle, bathroom needs an overhaul. Breakfast was well above what we were expecting and plentiful. Staff are excellent.

Anything in the bathroom became saturated from stream making the bathroom floor extremely slippery and electronics unsafe for use.
Accessible power points were few, having to use other side of the room for power. We were grateful for an upgrade due to exposed wires in our room, which was sorted very quickly. Breakfast was included in our stay, both mornings were the same but overall a tasty selection. Staff were working tirelessly to help all guests. Mid-City is good for the price paid.

Bedroom large yet dated and needs rejuvenating. Sadly a musty smell. Minor mould in old tiles yet shower clean. Damaged bed base yet mattress new and comfortable. Maybe the surprising 50 inch TV in room added to make up for short comings. Location in Ballarat City fantastic. Short walk to retail and night life. Would stay again. Need to renovate rooms sooner than later.

The check-in was kind of confusing, even though we had a booking and it was 'found' after a chat with the manager.
The hotel is not bad, but the room... way less than ideal, with the carpet and shower tiles and condition in serious need of renovation. The sheets and towels were clean though. A mix of good and bad things in general. Room holds stars down.

Everything was really good except the fridge in the room was extremely loud.
