We need an a ranch 75 miles out of Gallup and come to town twice a month we've been staying at red roof inn since buying the ranch in 2016 it's a roll of the dice whether the staff are pleasant or grumpy the rooms are always the same

Great value for a basic motel. Clean, serviceable, with efficient service.

The front desk clerk was very nice when checking in. We stayed two nights and everything went great aside from the uncomfortable bed and pillows. I am a return customer, so definitely will stay again.

Clean room. Hotel in need of updates. Room not quiet. Shower in tub was small. Hotel is behind a heavily trafficked rail line. Seedy side of town.

Have stayed here many times. Excellent rates and pet friendly with no additional charge.

All was ok. Our room had towels that didn’t have a clean smell. Probably need to use Clorox to disinfect. Test of room was ok.

Exterior has nothing to really recommend it, but my room was very clean, updated & cheerful. Breakfast was basic but covered the bases. The staff was very friendly, helpful and cheerful. And the cost was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Only needed my room for a good nights sleep. Staff were very polite. One light didn’t work. Bathroom definitely needs updating. There was a large patch on the bottom of the tub and alone side of wall by shower. Bed was comfortable. TV was mounted to the wall but unable to tilt it towards the bed.

My stay at Red Roof was excellent. I normally book my stay here as I know I good service and it is clean.

Very clean everything worked great and kept up but noisy from folks outside and next wall and above as well as train and cars. Folks urinating on the gas station wall next door and no food left by 8:30am.

Staff was very friendly, easy to talk with and helpful with restaurant suggestions. Also it was nice to have fresh made coffee at 5:30 a.m. Next time in Gallup I will stay here again.

Great little hotel for a traveling pit stop. We were surprised at how comfortable the beds were. An older hotel but very clean. If you are a light sleeper, have some ear plugs or white noise on hand. We did hear some traffic and an occasional train. It wasn’t awful though. Breakfast was very basic…it was nice they even offered something.

Was very comfortable. The floor could have been wiped better and probably more often. I spilled water and when I wiped it up the towel was pretty dirty. The rest of the room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again.
