Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. The room was big and the bathroom perfect. They don't clean the rooms every day. You have to request service and they only do it if they can. It is not garatied. We stayed 3 nights and they cleaned once because we requested.

This was our 2nd trip to NYC and we couldn't ask for a more Perfect location. The entire team was Welcoming Everytime they saw us. The rooms are well appointed and furnished. Being a "Green" location, the ac only went down to 68, and I am very hot natured, so the front desk brought a fan up to the room for us, which we appreciated, given the warm temperatures outside. The transportation was so easy to get when needed. We will definitely be visiting the Hilton Club again in the future.

My stay was great. Excellent location and the my room was spacious (solo traveler), I’d imagine it would be spacious for two as well. My room had everything I needed and I felt very safe. My two main concerns when staying at hotels is the internal noise level (I read many reviews to determine if this hotel would be a good fit for me) and overall my room was pretty soundproof. I only heard when someone closed their door, and since the floor doesn’t have any carpeting I could vaguely hear an occasion thump (maybe 3 times in total). So this hotel has my approval. I loved the amenities in the room such as the blackout curtains and the large tv made me feel like I was in my personal movie theater. I will definitely be staying here again. As mentioned earlier, soo much to do in the surrounding area, shops, restaurants, and more! Highly recommend!

Beautiful new hotel. The default is no housekeeping, which is fine, but there is no place to hang towels in the bathroom, which is not fine. It would be pretty easy to put up towel bars. The Kohler shower fixture was stuck in the overhead shower position, so when you turned the shower on, it came down on your head. Kohler’s fault, but the hotel’s problem. Small things in an otherwise lovely hotel.

Such a great place! Incredibly friendly and efficient staff, and the design and setup is wonderful. Our room was so gorgeous that we didn’t want to touch it! You couldn’t ask for a better location.

We loved it. Well-designed, friendly staff, excellent location, quiet and comfortable.

The Hilton Club is a beautiful property. The A/C in the room was ok, could have been colder. Also, the hotel should serve a continental breakfast on the club level for all guests. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful, clean, large (by NYC standards) rooms, friendly staff, and conveniently located to all the tourist attractions and Grand Central Station.

New hotel small room but very comfortable, excellent location, I highly recommend it. It is not a regular hotel there is no restaurant but it’s not q big issue since there are many options nearby, there’s cleaning upon request

If you’re looking for a place to stay in NYC with a perfect location and the KINDEST staff… you’ve found it! This hotel was clean, every single staff members was wonderful and helpful (first time to the city, so we had questions), and it is perfectly located for literally everything. 7 minute walk to Grand Central to catch the train, amazing shopping all around, 10 minutes tops from Time Square, 5 minutes from Rockefeller, 15 minutes from Empire State Building… everything we wanted to do was either close by or an easy train ride! Very safe! This will be our go to for future NYC trips!

An absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Fantastic location, five minute walk from grand Central if you’re looking to catch a train or subway. Front desk, Staff was courteous, accommodating, and super helpful!
