We stayed 3 weeks. Sink stopped up. Repair guy left a mess. Many mornings the limited breakfast offerings were empty and when i asked was told they didn’t have key to refill. The keys needed to be recoded almost every day for both of us. Rooms not cleaned when they said they would b. No security. When i asked for keys to b recoded they never asked once for ID. Dryers did not work numerous days. Entire drapery fell down. We told them in the morning and it did not get repaired that day. Lots of excuses. We slept in another room. Rooms r not stocked w dishes etc like other suite hotels. You have to go to the front desk to get the supplies. Good location. Comfortable bed. Dated shower worked. Pretty dreadful exerience.

Our room was dilapidated & dirty! The door knob was broken but still operable and as soon as you open the door, the strong smell of mold/mildew hit you in the face. My mom & I held our breaths as we walked in. Fortunately, the smell did not permeate the entire room and the beds were comfortable and clean so it was bearable for 2 nights because we were only in the room basically to sleep. The floor was sticky and the fridge door opened from the same side as the hotel door-VERY AWKWARD. I was going to place my 80-year old mother's small carry-on on the wire shelf of the closet but it was broken BUT made to look like it was okay to use; screws were stripped out of the drywall! Very unsafe! Hotels.com should remove this place from their offerings!

Bags of trash lined my hallway the entire time I stayed here. The keys didn’t work when I returned after hours and had to wait for staff to fix my key. In the morning there was little to no food. They even ran out of coffee cups when I went back for a 2nd cup of coffee. I only stayed here because I’ve stayed here in the past. Has def gone downhill.

It was quiet and set aside and just what was needed at the moment. I did have a moment when I felt as if the desk manager followed me as I was walking my dog and my daughter's dog. It made me slightly uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a nice stay for the reason we were there.

We found this hotel room so dirty we left without caring whether or not we’d get a refund. There was a white substance crusted on the bed skirt and we just couldn’t stay there with our kids, left within 2 minutes of check in.

Need improvement on customer service. Simple welcome goes along the way to make guests comfortable.

There was never anyone cleaning. The same trash was in the hallways and stairs, e were here for two nights. Definitely won’t go back. And the “breakfast available,” means coffee and a packaged muffin, so we had to go buy breakfast

Hallways and room had offensive odors including bags of garbage bags in the stairwells. No hot water for showers. "Breakfast" was coffee and bags of instant oatmeal. Left after one night.

Fire alarm panel was going off all night. Breakfast was very limited not good at all.

I was traveling with my wife and three children and reserved my room when I arrived on 3/3/2024 I was informed that my room I booked was available and was moved to a handicapped room. Upon arrival the room was dirty and the toilet has issues and the door wouldn’t lock. The outlets don’t work and appeared to have burn marks which is a fire hazard. We brought the issue to the front desk and housekeeping and thought the issue was fixed On 3/5/2024 in the sofa bed area my young child found two mice running around under the sink of the kitchen and in the trash can. We immediately left and brought the issue to the front desk which he seemed very nonchalant about the issue and directed me to send an email. We tried not to complain but there has been way too many issues and the rodents were the last straw.
