Loved the rooftop view and swimming pool. Also they delicious Thai food there. The employees were fabulous! Very responsive and welcoming!

First trip to Puebla after seeing this property a couple of years ago. Staff are best of all

Everything was excellent as always with banyan tree Puebla , my problem is with you hotels.com I called you the day I arrived to change my check out day to May 27th ( a day earlier only for family reasons) the lady on the phone told me that was ok with hotels .com. She said she was just contact banyan tree to change it ( banyan tree told me they where ok but because I got the reservation on hotels .com you guys had to do it ) then when I check out I got charged the extra night because you guys never contact them !!!!! I been traveling for years with you guys and this is very unfortunate

While breakfast is reasonably good, flavor and variety can be improved. The service and attitude from all staff is impecable. Facilities are in very good conditions and the overall experience is excellent

The electric door locks did not worked Nor did the electric sign for Do not disturb or service the room The shower head had not been properly cleaned so the water did not came our correctly, I had to clean it so we could shower.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel. Breakfast was nice with enough selections. Our room was with two double beds, and it was spacious and very comfortable. However, it was on facing a very busy road where buses and coaches stop for people to get on and off. It is extremely noisy with all the honking from around 8 am to 9 pm. It only becomes quite after 11pm. We asked if we could change to a quieter room and we were told that it would be an extra 100 USD per night plus taxes. We went to have a look at the other options but they were smaller than our room, so we decided not to change.
