The staff was lovely. The room was a good size. The shower's glass door wasn't cleaned, and the water from the shower was going out into the bathroom.

It was an amazing stay again. I've stayed with my senior mum and she enjoyed the view of the room and great breakfast. Special thanks to late check out option as well.
P.S. Had change to visit the GYM and the experience was also nice, it was clean and the well equipped.

The hotel was very clean and it has a big parking lot. The room was comfortable. All the towels and extra pillows were in plastic bags. The shower was very good. The breakfast could be better, pancakes were very dry. The staff was helpful and friendly. If we come back to Ankara, we definetely would like to stay here again.

Although the personal was very nice and friendly, the air in the room was suffocating. We slept with the window open but didn't help and couldn't sleep well. Breakfast was average, coffee tasted bad everywhere in the hotel. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I was given room on the 14th floor just below the restaurant. At 6am I woke up on noice coming from roof and when I called reception he said he will ask them to lower movement but nothing happened. This was the only downside other than that breakfast was good
