The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms were clean, and the over all property was well managed.
I would recommend this hotel to any one for a short or long term stay.

Purpose of trip: Attending a funeral in town.
Sadly what was once a well maintained property, this location has been neglected in maintenance & upgrades. Although the bedding was clean, the flooring, walls, tables were dated & 'dirty'. The in-room phone was non functional; no wake up call option. Management was helpful to provide an alarm clock. Breakfast was sub par in quality. Disappointed in overall condition.

The room hadn't been cleaned very well and there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor. The room had a strange smell as well. The furniture was very worn and the desk chair was ripped. There were missing dishes in the kitchen area and the microwave door lever sticks. The lights dont work correctly and some dont work at all. Breakfast wasnt very good and there is never anyone at the front desk.

The stay was average. Our room had a slight odor, but appeared clean. The bed queen bed was positioned less than a foot from the one wall / window even though there was there was 10 or more feet on the other side of the bed. it made it very difficult for my husband to get in and out of the bed, especially with the dresser that was holding the TV so close to the end of the bed (ie less than 18 inched from foot of bed). Despite all this the bed was comfortable. The sofa is not the one pictured nor was there a chair. It had clothe covering on cushion and the pillows did not feel clean. The kitchenette area very adequate with paper towels and dish soap and small microwave and small refrigerator. Carpet was worn.
As other reviews have stated the breakfast was very lacking compared to other hotels this trip. There was instant oatmeal, oranges, plain, yogurt, waffles, eggs and sausage, 1 type of bagel, 1 type of bread, and 1 type of muffin. They have taken the minimalist approach to breakfast buffet. Staff was nice when available.

For the most part the room was clean till we went to take a shower after we had got there and there was poop crusted on the shower curtains. The bed was okay but the air conditioner was not working properly so it was very warm.

This property needs a lot of work, cracked tiles on the floors sink stopper broken the stove was filthy dirty carpet and stain on furniture rooms smelled bad place looks really ran down the price was way to much for the condition of the room, I was very disappointed for what I paid for I want ever stay here again the whole place need to be renovated
