Convenient to have the hotel within the airport. A little confusing to find but really loved it. They were very friendly and accommodating. I stayed there for the Eras Tour weekend and they even gave me a friendship bracelet!

The only place to stay when overnighting at yvr. Best staff. Best rooms and the convenience to international departures is amazing.

Very nice room, extremely clean and comfortable. The convenience is great with it being in the airport terminal. However, I was very annoyed that I could not keep my luggage on my airport trolley when you keep them in the lobby at all times anyways. I have a bad shoulder and being forced to take my luggage off and on was extremely frustrating. Yes I could have used the bellman but as a woman travelling alone I was not comfortable with this. Every other in terminal hotel I have stayed at has never had an issue with my using the trolley. I had pre-planned to have room service during my stay and this was another reason I chose The Fairmont. I found it absolutely outrageous to be charged a delivery fee. I understand the built in tip but a five star hotel should not be charging this fee. I chose The Fairmont as I wanted quality on all levels and believed that I was paying for it already. Being met with extra service fees for something that should already be included as a hotel standard was beyond disappointing

I was taken back by the price when I booked, but it was fabulous. My daughter and I loved the hotel. We were in VC for 24 hours to see Taylor Swift and the quality and convenience was perfect! We had friends join us for lunch and they loved it - they live in VC and will spread the word. I’m a frequent traveler and I will be back!!!

After a long flight that came in late, we arrived at the Fairmont. Exhausted, we got to our room without being offered help with our luggage from staff. The room was clean but after a flight we wanted showers… no hot water. Water was freezing. Wasn’t just in the shower either. Sink and bath water also cold. After paying close to $600 for our room, it was infuriating to not be able to shower

We arrived late in Vancouver (after midnight) and so booked a room to stay at the Fairmont after a long day of travel even though we live in the Vancouver area! Everything was just right with any amenity we could wish for including power plugs at each bedside for CPAP machines! We enjoyed our stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The room was very clean, Just not happy with the price, very expensive for a 6 hour stay. Fridge had items and drinks, but not included. but i feel for the $450.00 per night, For the high cost it didn’t even include a continental breakfast. we have booked very nice rooms many times and it includes a breakfast. won’t be booking there for such high pricing anymore

Conveniently located in the airport. Comfortable stay, and they're baby considerations are excellent! We asked for a crib but they also brought other baby things such ad a bottle warmer. Very appreciated!

The room was hot, the bed was uncomfortable and the room had no soundproofing...people were coming and going all night keeping us up. We expected more given the outrageous price of the room.

Very good stay - no real issues. Staff friendly and check-in quick and efficient. Bed comfortable and room clean and well set out. Breakfast not great but OK. Will stay here again.

An outstanding start to a major adventure. The high quality evident at this hotel sets a high bar for the rest of the journey.
The bed was comfortable, the room clean and quiet, the washroom well equipped and appointed. Well done Fairmont. Now, about the price…..

Great stay. Comfy bed. Check in service agent gave my daughter a stuffed animal upon check in. After a long exhausting day of travel little things like this goes a long way
