It was average, Staff was nice, helpful. I have nothing to complain about. Bed was very comfortable, shower was big, refrig was not the greatest, TV had a couple tiny pixel issues. Morning coffee and toast was good.

The beds were really comfortable but the late night check in clerk was hella rude. We chose to stay a night there because it was a short 10 minute drive to the navel base but it was definitely not worth it.

I wish there had been a desk in the room. I was happy there were tea bags. The desk clerk when I checked in was very nice. The room was clean, the breakfast was fine. I appreciated that there were restaurants in easy walking distance.

Never again. Best western should be ashamed. I had roaches in my bed crawling everywhere. By far the last disgusting hotel I’ve stayed. Spent the night here to get a good nights rest before continuing my trip.

The man who checked me in was very rude I got there at 2:30 and as soon as I came in he immediately said “check in isn’t until 3:00” I said that’s only 30 minutes away can you please see if there is a room ready we just drove for 4 hours and it was extremely hot he then said 30 minutes will be fine and turned away from me and made a phone call. He also made a photo copy of my DL I asked why and he said they keep it on file for three years I said this is the first time anyone has ever done this and this isn’t my first hotel stay that made me very uncomfortable. He also didn’t even say anything about the complimentary breakfast so we missed that. Never will stay here again snd the room smells terrible
