Worst experience ever. I am an IHG Member and stayed at dozens of IHG Hotels but this is easily the worst hotel ever. Does not worth the name. Software does not work often, no bath soap inside the room, not very clean room service, terrible reception staff and no free parking for hotel guests. I was checking out and because their software is not working I had to wait for more than 15 minutes. And still the software issue was not resolved and I told them to deduct money from my credit card which was with them on record and left, which they agreed as I was getting delayed to my flight. Once I come out, because of their delay my taxi driver had to wait and they charged 15 USD for that parking. Staff were rude as usual and did not care that the delay was actually because of them. All equipment inside the hotel room are very old. Phones must have been from early 2000s. Even if you make a call to room service from those phones, they get cut off in the middle every single time.

It was a very classy hotel with excellent staff in dining area. I was a little bit disappointed with the staff who change the bed. I have to ask to get refill for shower gel and another day for tissue and towels. I do not know whether the room was cleaned two time in 5 days. But the majority of the staff are friendly and helpful. I will recommend the hotel. When we go back, we like to book again this hotel .

This is not a five star hotel, maybe back back in each time it was not anymore. The personal it’s great always trying to help you. disappointed on a five star hotel that you have to pay for parking.

The public areas are exceptional, but the service and the condition of the rooms leave alot to be desired. Stayed at the taj palace mumbai few weeks back and if that is a 5 star then this should not be in the same bracket . Having said this, the breakfast was exceptional, the location is fabulous. And the pool setup is awesome.

I was denied room upgrade despite availability. Was requested a payment despite Expedia’s package that allows complimentary upgrade upon availability. Staff didn’t seem cooperative on this point

The best hotel in Istanbul!!! Maybe even ever!! We had the best experience at the Intercontinental Istanbul! Five star experience for this beautiful five star hotel located in the best part of town and so walkable to everywhere. You must stay here! The dining options were incredible and the service throughout the hotel was top notch.
