Perfect location just steps from central market & Duomo. Very walkable from train station. Friendly & helpful staff. Our room (403) was very quiet. Temperature was fine with fan in mid October, not sure how it would be in July. Recommended.

The hotel was more than expected: very friendly staff, very clean and spatious rooms, steps from city center. We had to leave the next day before the breakfast was open for a tour and they provided us with some snacks and yogurt the day before - very accomodating. It was a great experience for us

The manager was delightful and helpful and willing to go beyond to help us have a good stay. We arrived early and he insured that we could check into our room and put our bags away so that we could begin enjoying Florence immediately The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. Noisy street meant closed windows, which would be ok but the AC was not up to the task. Breakfast was simple but good. Great location and hosts. Would stay here again.

The people that run this hotel are top notch. We had questions like where to eat location of important sites etc they were exceptionally helpful. The room was clean and was well maintained. The included breakfast was excellent. We needed assistance with transportation to the train station they graciously called a cab for us. I could go on and on but suffice to say we had a great stay. Also the location is fabulous.

This is an exceptional hotel conveniently located near the train station. The room and terrace were beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice option in central Florence.

Great location once you get your bearings! Check in was easy & the attendant was friendly. You could tell there was 'pride of ownership' with this property. It was simple, clean and orderly. Prior to arriving I had emailed the property and they were responsive. There is a tiny elevator which really helped with the luggage. A little archaic in function but it worked! Our room for four people had two levels. The A/C in the room was not powerful enough but luckily there were two fans to circulate the air. (Weather was 93 degrees Fahrenheit) The hotel had a very tiny breakfast area that accommodated 4 small tables. Super tight but the offerings were very well put together. There was a staff person that replenished what was needed when items were low.

Premises are centrally located with walking access to the most prominent attraction in Firenze. Great accommodations with charming décor that complements the theme of the city. Staff is great and helpful. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Staff was very professional and accommodating. Room was big, beds comfortable. All comforts including a USB charger provided by the hotel. Breakfast had a large selection and food was very fresh.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Small hotel but has all you need for couple of day stays. Staff are very good and speaks English well. Very close to Market Centrale and fine Trattoria Za Za. 10 minutes walk to train station.

The hotel is very well located with supermarkets, restaurants, shops and main tourist sites just outside. The staff were great and the room service excellent. The only downsides were that it was too noisy to sleep - every movement made by the people in a room above or in the next rooms can be heard. People walking around upstairs Sounds like very loud thuds and bangs on the ceilings - okay for heavy sleepers only. We didn’t hear noise from outside even though it’s a very busy area. The breakfast is good but the room is tiny and difficult to move around when any other guests are in there.
