This hotel was middle of the road! Not terrible but not five star. Bed was clean but counter had not been cleaned and drain had lots of hair in it. Water bubble on ceiling so leak somewhere. We paid for a business suite but were given the handicap room and the shower was not user friendly. Had to hold shower head to shower. Breakfast was good and had options.

For the price I received, I was happy with the room. Service was great, however the shower did have some mildew in it and housekeeping only came by twice for the entire week. I would recommend staying for a night or two, but not much more than that.

It was honestly crazy, in the booking description it said they offered the roll away cribs upon request. So when we checked in I told the lady at the desk that I had requested one on my reservation and she looked at me kinda crazy and said we don't offer that I told her well that's the only reason why I booked y'all because I have a toddler and it would be unsafe for him to be in a bed with two other people and then I was not informed of the $100 deposit that I had to put down when arriving there after I had already booked the hotel online and paid for it it's little things like this that really take effect on a family who's trying to have a good vacatio. The dresser that the TV stand set on was falling apart the bathroom was not in the best of condition and there were bugs in our hotel room probably one of the worst places I've ever stayed and will never stay there again and how do not highly recommend them to anyone.

I can live with the normal wear and tear of an older hotel, but our room smelled horribly musty. Will not stay here again, even for the remarkably low price.

Great hotel, amazing and helpful employees, comfortable beds. I love baymont. I’ve already rebooked this same hotel for my Jackson trip in November for Homecoming.

We moved to a different room that smelled slightly better but not much better off. There were stains on the sheets, and the sitting chair in the room. The television screen went black in the middle of us watching tv and the people in the room next to us was hella sketchy. Wyndham should invest some money into this property because it has potential.

the room smells really bad

The staff here offers outstanding customer service. They are attentive, they all greet you with a smile, and they work hard to keep everything clean. The hotel is close to everything, within just a few miles. As with any place, I could certainly find a few flaws. However, the pros outweigh the cons. Thank you to the staff for providing excellent service.

We’ve stayed numerous of times. Each time they’ve assisted and best breakfast hands down!

First floor is clean but once you take the elevetor and reach upper floor you get very very strong strong smell of smoke. Floors are dirty. Not a good crowd even though it's not under control of the hotel. Typical breakfast for two star hotel.

Hotel is in desperate need of repair, surfaces are cracked and falling apart, sections of the walls are falling off, ceiling is crumbling, shower base had most of the enamel off with build up of timescale around the taps and plug holes. Mirror was filthy and the carpet was so dirty. We checked in, saw the state of the room and left. The pool was green and hadn’t been cleaned in months, a lady tried to tell us it happened since the day before, but there was a pile of leaves on all the furniture- which was falling apart, and it hadn’t been a day. All the doors didn’t shut properly so bedroom ones could be pushed open without a key and didn’t close properly so people had a force them shut- so much noise. Reception had water in a dispenser, so that was nice. Nothing else good to say about the property.there are other properties available in the area
