This hotel is a gem of a place to stay…quiet clean has a good breakfast and a friendly front desk staff

The security lock on the door was broken, falling off the shower and water in the sink for look very low pressure not very good. Other than that the room was relatively clean. It was kinda outdated but other natters it was it was OK. Good condition.

Spent 2 hours going back and forth to front desk before we actually got in a room that worked for us.problems with literaly everything in the room.
Had to switch to 3 different rooms..door was open when got to room.shower dirty towels on floor..stains on everything walls..floors ..lamp shades..they do not replace or clean anything period..also its dangerous alongside bed were pieces of metal sticking out.luckily we didnt hit our legs could have caused a serious injury..to top it off there was mold in pocket door of bathroom .so we asked for another room..got to other room fridge didnt work and smelled horrible..tv didnt work front desk got it to work after 15 minutes.clock didnt work or phone.stained everything again.beer cans behind desk+trash .we were over it and at least was sleepable barely but we were beat so we went to sleep.woke up and no hot water didnt work at all.so we got moved early in morming just to basically take showers ..front desk was rudest lady ive ever talked to in my life she did not care. Got into 3rd room and it barely passed as a,working room but at least water worked.so i thought.after 10 minutes i was about done when water began to get so hot that when i went to shut off lever it felt like a stove it was so hot.if i left my hand on there 1 more second would have scars. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Comfy, good location, clean. Repeat visitor. Occasionally we stay somewhere else just to see what it's like, but we always end up back at the Sleep Inn.

The actual room was pretty clean itself. The hallways and common areas were not clean There was trash on the floors, full trash cans sitting outside the rooms and a funky smell in the hallway. The milk for the breakfast was a week past expiration date.

Hot tub does not work pool was dirty sheets on bed was dirty asked for more they didnt have any..mattress was stained really bad..all carpets were dirty had no water in shower or sink

Before we made our reservation, I looked at the reviews and saw how they weren’t very good. But this location was convenient for us so we went ahead and booked. What a mistake. Trash in the parking lot when we arrived, no one at the front desk and rang the bell and waited a good 5 minutes. The person who arrived seemed put out. Got to the room and the AC was turned down to 60, so it was freezing. Found the toilet paper holder ripped from the wall. Realized that the AC was turned up so high because there was mold in the room on the bathroom door and along the floor of the bathroom. Too much moisture in the room. They of course didn’t have another room available, so we stuck it out. Next morning checking out, the manager was supposed to be manning the front desk but she was taking to some folks in the breakfast area. She saw me waiting, said I’ll be right there, and proceeded to talk for another 5 minutes before coming over to help me. Horrible! Will never go back. Do not book this place!

We checked in and went to our room, locks on the door do not work, no soap for handwashing, soiled linens on the bed, have to have the light switch turned on to turn on the room fridge, ceiling cracking, bathroom disgusting. We were in our room maybe 15 mins before calling a different hotel for a room and immediately checked out. Staff did not care or ask why and will not issue a refund. Seriously do not book this place. The pictures are NOT showing how gross this place is.

Definitely very uncleanness. I felt it was to the point of unhealthy. Make sure and pack house shoes and throw away after the stay. I realize the price is not for five star and I have had a lot cleaner for the price. Also the same trash was on the floor in the elevator for 4 days and someone had blown their nose on the wall. The pool and the lobby bathroom were even worse.

We have a 18 mo toddler there were doors open to maintenance room where cleaning supplies and mops are and a room that has air conditioners are my toddler ran into both rooms didn’t hurt himself because we hurried to get him away but still should of have been doors closed. The food for breakfast didn’t taste well

Having a lake right outside the window was amazing. The hotel appears to be getting slowly remodeled, and it desperately needs it. With all of this being said though, this place has hands down, not even close, the best staff I've ever encountered. The 2 ladies that we encountered were friendly, professional, and EXCELLENT at what they do. Hopefully, when we come back to the area, this location has finished the much needed work AND kept these 2 ladies!!
