Well connected hotel with very nice breakfast and facilities. We booked this hotel because the pool, but when we arrived it was closed. Maybe better to ask if it is functioning before book, if like me, it is one of the reason to stay there.

Excellent base to explore Berlin. Kids loved the pool and buffet breakfast. Only gripe was very slow service in the restaurant at dinner but this was often the case at other restaurants in Berlin too.

It was amazing staying, service and food, general atmosphere and property just excellent, great advantage for our family because of Park nearby and Berlin Zoo, also we travel for business and necessary embassies area is few minutes by car, so all my trip was completely comfortable because of location🙌

Everything was great. Pool and overall wellness area was a great plus. The only issue came about at the end of the stay where they attempted to charge us for the stay even though we had paid. I was able to explain the situation and we were fine. Not sure if that was the hotel or Expedias fault but it definitely shook me for a second there thinking I had to pay more.

The lobby and spa is beautiful but the rooms are not maintained. There is no quality control. The first room I had the air conditioning didn’t work and there was black mold in the shower. The second room the air conditioning worked, apparently black mold in every shower, and now to find the shower didn’t drain and the room nearly flooded due to a shallow basin. The third room had a working air conditioner, the shower drained but still black mold in the shower. Also, when you use a glass housekeeping doesn’t give you new glasses. Why would you want to use the same glass day after day? Also there is a room service menu but no actual room service. I was told to pick it up at the bar. You can call any department on the room phone but they won’t answer. So you have to go to the front desk yourself. It is a 4 star hotel nothing higher.

The hotel itself is a dream - beautiful spaces, incredible spa, lovely rooms. The front desk staff, however, are very rude, and the spa staff were largely absent. This is generally a Berlin problem. Still, I would stay here again.
