At 8:58 I had room service walk in while I was asleep when I pay to stay until 11 so that bothered me and my girlfriend that they would walk in before time I come here often so it’s the first time this happens it was an invasion of our privacy

The majority of our stay was well, besides one instance when coming back on the second to last day with our door still propped open from housekeeping that morning. Thankfully all our belongings were still in place.
Also, room service was a bit tricky, we checked in and were told service will be provided on day three but we had to ask to for service on the fourth day, which wasn’t provided until the 5th when complained.
First time being on the east coast and happy to say the front desk hospitality was great and stay was comfortable. Will definitely consider staying again when we come back!

Our room was not ready until after 5pm, and we had to wait in our car in the parking lot for them to clean the room. It smelled terribly, especially in the closet inside the room. It was a very active party hotel, with loud noise at 5am and beyond.

This felt more like a pet hotel than anything. We have no issues with hotels that allow pets as we’ve stayed at many. However, the amount of dog food we found in the hallways and in both of our rooms were a bit much. The first room we checked into had dog hair in the bathtub and the toilet did not work. We were easily moved into the next room where there was dog food all over the floor. The front desk was nice and have no complaints. They charged me $100 for incidentals which i never received back. I don’t think we would stay here again.

The studio was great. It was cleaned, it wa cozy and, everything worked and it was quiet. The hallways were hot. The air conditioner wasn't working on them. The pool area has a sign that it opens at 9:00am, but were told by the front desk clerk that it actually opens at 10am.
