It was very loud outside and in the hallways. Toilet was stained. There was not even a sign with the name on it for the hotel.

The hotel and room were great. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Pet friendly. Thought the $50 pet fee was a bit excessive.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Rooms were great sized (king suite with hot tub). Out back theres yard games, small beach and a patio to enjoy the spectacular views of the lake. Big pool area for a great time indoors.

Staff was nice, pool was cold, hot tub was like bath water (went there specificalky for the pool) waterslides are gone, was disappointed, but made the best of it!

The king bed was comfortable to me, not so much for my husband. Check-in was great since we showed up 2 hours later than we'd said we'd be there. Beautiful views and good food! Didn't use the hot tub in the room or the pool area during our stay. We stayed out till late on Saturday evening so were tired and went straight to bed. Sunday, we checked out. Overall, we had a wonderful stay as we celebrated our 44th anniversary! Thank you, Theresa Roderick

The private beach and patio were amazing! The hotel even provided bug spray and sunscreen outside for guests! The room was also spacious and the gentleman at the front desk was kind, polite, and helpful. We also enjoyed the awesome view of the lake from the breakfast room.
However, the bathroom tile floor in our room was cracked and not the cleanest. And the breakfast area was cramped, with several items (like cream cheese for bagels) out of stock.

The pull out couch had dirty sheets and the mattress was flimsy and old and stained. There were crumbs in the corners of the room and the carpet could use an upgrade.

Average cleaning and pool area was mediocre. Indoor pool too cold and hot tube too cold. Customer service was minimal. If you went to the front desk you always needed to ring a bell for service. Was never a person to greet you as you walk in. Door keys did not always work including in the pool and side doors. Breakfast staff appeared to care and took time to clean windows so you could see the view of the lake. If you walked past an employee they did not greet you or acknowledge you. Could improve on staff availability and being approachable.

All heated up from frozen. For $300 a night, the breakfast should have been better. Also, room said it had a lake view, and it did, however all the outside games were right outside the window. Families were looking right in the window most of the time, i had no privacy!

Property and rooms are getting a little dated. Concern that they're falling slightly behind on upkeep (no dock or waterslides anymore, several arcade machines don't work).
