Stranded last night because hotel was overbooked.
No one at Expedia was able to find me a hotel to relocate. Very disappointed in service. No care or concern for a woman left with no where to stay.

Excellent front desk service, we were lucky to be able to check in early. The room was clean, spacious and beds comfortable.

If u going and not being in the room long then this is the hotel for u...Hotel was old and the upkeep wasnt the same in the from times i stayed before..Pool was closed and elevators wasnt trustworthy..

Personnel were very friendly. However the elevators were not working properly. Had to make 3 trips from 5th floor. 1st room was already occupied. 2nd room the key would not. Had to make a 3rd trip to get another key. That was way too much for an elderly disabled woman. Room was very clean and comfortable. My only issue was that it took a full hour to get into a room. We were late getting to the concert and missed the first act. We were not compensated for all the time and walking up and down steps.

Very nice room and the front desk staff was always very polite and helpful. It's a very quiet safe area. If we are ever back in the area I will stay here again.

Also I provided my credit card at the check in but payment seems wrongly processed using my collegue 's card when reserved and deposited .

Fairly nice hotel in a good area. Staff is excellent. Building itself is a little tired and could use a facelift, but it's clean and quiet. I had a good stay, and I'd go back.

The location and landscaping! The staff was amazing above & beyond my expectations! The hotel and surrounding area was so quiet! If my travels bring me back I will be staying with you again! Thank you!
