Although the staff was awesome and the facility was clean, it definitely needs some updating and work. But we were happy with our stay. No coffee in the morning die to the machine not working

Amended stay, 15-19 October. On arrival room not suitable, the layout meant that you could only get into either of the queen beds from one side - too close to the wall the other side. Rooms are being renovated, ours was not one of them. Moved to another room and got an electric shock from the bathroom outlet. Finally took a room with one king bed. Nell, at the front desk reception went out of her way to accommodate us and advised us that the manager would contact us and compensate us for the first night's stay. He didn't, despite reminding Nell the next day and still hadn't when we left. Very good staff, non existent manager - not the way to promote business.

I like the property clise and convenient to shopping and dining the is quite and staff are friendly. What I didnt like last visit the pool was green and you couldn't see the bottom otherthan that nuce place to stay and they have complimentary breakfast

I just want to start off with saying that all the staff there was very nice and everybody was extremely friendly. I enjoyed my stay, despite the $100 deposit, I really do enjoy myself staying at the hotel. Even though I had to drive 15 minutes to downtown New Orleans, I really had a good time. Thanks to the whole stay.

Area around hotel looked sketchy. Hotel was very clean and staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was good. Definitely would stay again.
