On the Positive:
Shuttle bus from and to the airport is always on time. Frequent services. Blue Bus Stop outside: 31 B at the airport.
The hotel is very clean.
Staff is very professional and ready to help.
Japanese food B'fast is abundant.
On the Negative:
There are 2 things which cannot be changed:
The rooms are tiny, Beds are very hard.
It feels like sleeping on a wooden plank.
Economical Price of the room which includes b'fast might be related to the size of the room.

I didn’t know they made mattresses THIS hard. Like a concrete slab.
Aside from that, great that there’s a Lawsons in the lobby as the location is kinda remote. Esp at night

The walls are not well insulated: we could hear people talk in the next room and the footsteps on the room above us. The check in process is in chaos. We were not told where the rooms are so we went to a different building only to find out that it is the worng one. The breakfast is good.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Shuttle bus was handy as they had no restaurant at the Inn but just got on shuttle bus to Narita, had yummy gfood and browsed the shops.The room was just as described with really comfy, firm beds. We slept well after a long flight & breakfast was delicious🙂 Thank you

Check-in time (16:00) is quite annoying, especially there is no comfortable place to sit and wait nearby. Better to stay in airport until check in time. Everything else was great.

If you want to go to the airport early in the morning or night flight to Tokyo, I think the first choice of this hotel, because the facilities of the room is also very dry and complete, and there is wi-fi plug, the most important thing is that there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport, the frequency is very close, plus there is a breakfast served in addition to the hotel to also have a convenience store to buy peripheral supplies or food!

I'd stayed here once before, and I seemed to recall having a favorable opinion of it. And I suppose I still do, if only barely.
The bed is hard. It's fairly comfortable to sleep on, but sitting or lying on it gets uncomfortable. The floor is hard too, although that didn't matter as much. The AC unit made the room colder when set to "dehumidify" than to "cold" (or whatever that mode translated to) -- and it took some playing around with the remote to figure the thing out. (Note that it was late July when I stayed here.) The hallways, by comparison, were pretty warm. There was a Lawson on the first floor, which was super-cramped if there was more than one person in an aisle. The shuttle bus took me to Narita Airport, and it had a mostly-convenient schedule. The bathroom felt dated, but it got the job done. The bed had only one pillow and there was only one garbage can for the entire room. One bright side was that check-in and check-out were really quick and easy.

The room was new decorated, the staff was very helpful, transport was perfect, the bed was a bit hard but in general a very good stay
