Basic hotel but you pay for what you get. Clean sheets and comforable bed

Great value for money,we had our dog staying with us so didn’t expect much as far as accommodation goes,but nice clean rooms,great service and bonus of having a bar in the foyer,and 24hr petrol station attached

Great. Booked it for the night before we were going to East Midlands airport and we were so impressed with location and comfort that we booked it on the way back too. I’ll be using this no fuss stopover again.

It was clean plenty of tea/coffee. Reception were polite and helpful so good stay.

First time staying in a Day’s Inn, wasn’t sure what to expect but it was well suited to our needs. The room was clean the bed comfortable and the shower/bath was okay if you were under 5ft.

No room service the 4 days we were there. I can make our bed with no problem, but not to empty the waste bin or restock the tea tray was bad, when asked at reception they said they didn't have any tea making things.

Well when arrived after double shift and come to hotel late I couldn’t be bothered to complaint but when I open the room there was strange smell the rest was ok just surprised how they didn’t know about the smell I won’t use it in future unfortunately

Very dated and room smelt musty. Linen and bathroom were clean. Irritated by alarm system beeping for hours after someone opened the fire exit. Staff struggled to get it turned off until late as couldn't reset the alarm.

Great staff on reception. Rooms could do with an upgrade. No usb sockets in room. Borrowed mains charger from reception but it didn't work. Not ideal if you are going to airport following morning as yiu have to go approximately 3 miles in the wrong direction to come back again. Great if you are heading to derby or stoke
