The location was very convenient and the staff were quick, friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and the shower was very nice.

All of the employees were terrific. Definitely the best part of our stay. Our room was tinnnny. Nice room just very small which when you're there for a week it got cramped quick. Great location

My wife and I booked it as a quick NYC trip. We specifically booked this “Hilton” so we could use our Hilton Diamond Status. At check in they said we could not use our status because it’s a Hilton Club. There is no roof bar/roof seating and some of the photos are deceiving. The hotel room and hotel itself is very nice and located conveniently next to Central Park and a few blocks from the Rockefeller. Overall it’s a good hotel

My friend and I had a very pleasant stay at The Quin Hotel. The room they gave us was perfect, away from the noise of the NY streets. That was very important to us, because we were trying to catch some sleep before the NYC Marathon. The staff are friendly and nice, and accommodating. The location was perfect as well.

Location perfect for subway and Central Park. Easy to get up and downtown. Quiet and modern interiors, comfy bed! My husband’s 50th birthday, balloons and bubbles a lovely touch!

The most wonderful and helpful staff! The room had slight bit of wear and tear but overall was exceptional. Really spacious and comfortable and had some nice extra amenities (complimentary water, steamer, umbrella, automated shades). We stayed for a week and had a great time! Would stay here again, especially given the convenient location and close subway stops

A fine stay. Motion sensor light in bathroom was a constant pain, hallway noise and street noise were also a nuisance. TV should swivel towards couch for convenient viewing.

This property was by far and away the best property we have stayed in Manhattan. The location was amazing. One block from Central Park. Right on 57th (Billionares Row).
The hotel was super clean, quiet at night, and modern. We have stayed all over upper and lower Manhattan and will stay here again and again.

Not clean. Leaking shower doors, clogged faucet, and shower drainage smells horrible. Overall older building and definitely not 5-stars.
