The Hampton was great for my stay! The bathroom was gorgeous and most excellent, and the room was fantastic as well. The only thing to be aware of is you might have to wait a bit for the elevator, especially in the morning when people are going to the breakfast and checking out, so add a few extra minutes of buffer time for the elevator. But overall it was great! They provide a shuttle service for the airport which I utilized.

I had a nice walk to the Crystal City Metro and Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church on Sunday. However, the bathroom had a dank smell that was unpleasant.

Hotel shuttle bus was useful getting from the airport and to the car rental. Was close to the Metro for easy access to downtown Washington - approx 20mins. Excellent breakfast and clean area. Room was lovely.

Parking way too expensive, we notified the front desk that are tv did not work. Said they were fixing it, wasnt fixed, Called the next day same issue, said basically there is nothing they can do about it. Very rude and unprofessional.

Overall a good stay. Was here a few times several years ago and the hotel has undergone a makeover since then. Rooms and common areas look better than before. And there is good value here versus some of the other hotels nearby. Interior of rooms quiet. Did not hear noises in hallways or from adjacent rooms. Outside noise from cars was noticeable when room was quiet but not a problem. Having free breakfast and free Wi-fi a great bonus. Breakfast well prepped and good. Could use some fresh fruit (only whole apples when I was there) to make it even better. Great location with many restaurants and stores nearby that you can walk to. And the Metro is only a block and a half away. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Easy to get to from the airport, pickup went good and staff was nice.

The thermostat for the room turned itself off every night several times leading to high temperatures.

i left my tablet charger at your hotel and the guy name james davis went out of his way to find it and mail it to me using his owe money. what a professional and class act he is its hard to find honest people like him these days that was my 2nd time at your hotel and next time i go back to crystal city i wasnt go to stay at the hilton but because of james davis i will stay here again ps thx again james davis

Horrible experience. We were given a handicap room and were not advised that the room would be handicap accessible. The shower water flooded the foyer after every shower. The shades remote control was not charged and therefore we were unable to let down the shade and slept with them open all night. Upon turning the shower to hot, the plumbing in the wall shook and was very noisy while decreasing the water pressure making it hard to enjoy a hot shower. The front desk sent the staff to clean up the water and to fix the maintenance issues, however, we were checking out by then.
