Hotel was fine but the noise from late night revellers and local buses was very annoying. Street cleaning was very thorough but not appreciated at 6 o'clock in the morning. Will choose more carefully next visit.

Fantastic gem of a hotel, stayed here for 8 nights (with a 6month old) and couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel. Staff were friendly, food in restaurant was lovely with good choice to suit everyone and always clean. Will definitely stay here again

This is luxury renovated hotel. We had half board and there was very big variety of food. We have to say a lot thanks for personal in restaurant and for cleaning service. But surrouding of hotel is very noisy, because the hotel stay near the rush street (if you have windows on the road) .

we booked a room for 3 people, it was quite a tight squeeze but would be prefect for 2 people but as it was only a 4 night stay wasn't so much of an issue . The bathroom and shower we didnt love as it was just basically like 2 cupboards with frosted glass doors not separate rooms(not alot of privacy). Bed was comfy and we liked that there were alot of plugs/usb charging points for us. We loved the room top pool and was great to relax. Breakfast was great., dinner was alright. Reception and around that area was really nice. Air conditioning was quiet and wifi connection good. Very easy to get to from the airport either by number 21 bus or taxi (20 euros). You can easy get the bus to palma 25/15

If you want, you can rent fan For week 10 € + quarantee 10€. The same case is television remote control; 10€ week + 10€ quarantee. WiFI is free in hotel lobby. WiFi quality was poor, but enyway, in the beach area is many free WiFi providers, so it's not the big problem. For me room size was not problem. Hotel location is good, only few hundered meters from the beach. Concidering noisiness El Aerenal night life, hotel location is good. I personally was sleep with open balcony door. Room was cleaned everyday. Food was okay. People in front desk was frindly. Close to airport. Bus line number 21 from and to airport stops about 500 meters away from hotel. Price for ticket is 5 euro.

No hairdryer. No air con in room - had to pay for fan. Only 2 air con units in restaurant and you had to hope you would be sitting near to them to be cool enough to enjoy your meal. Food OK. Staff very nice. Nice size pool but could be cleaner around the sides inside the pool

Considering how cheap this hotel is, I thought it was OK. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food wasnt great, but again for the low price it is expected.

Very convenient for Club Nautic, beach, buses,Aqualand. All the other reviews seem accurate.It is an older hotel so no A/C but in a week I never waited more than a minute for a lift, plenty of hot and cold water even on the 10th floor and spectacular views over the harbour. Keep both curtains closed daytime and open windows at night. You have to lock door so can't lock yourself out. Pay a bit extra for safe and peace of mind. Food was generally great but yes some of it was rehashed.Best mackerel I've tasted.

So If you decide to go there,Do not leave anything in you room. Hidden or not they will find it. we were one of four who were robbed that we knew about. so beware.

My boyfriend and I horoughly enjoyed staying at this hotel! The staff were lovely and very helpful and the hotel itself was kept in great condition! The was also a wide range of food offered in the dining room. Would definately recommend it!!!

The Reina Isabel is alow cost value for money hotel ideally situtaed in El Arenal. The food is Euro-cafeteria style, lots of it...qulaity is OK. The beach is good, but usually packed with German tourists. .
