It was a very nice hotel. Loved the idea they gave the guests options to take an e-bike to town. Disappointed that they did not have breakfast but did offer a discount to Smitty’s. The refill water bottle station did not work. Nor did the merchandise come in all sizes.

Very pleasant stay, unfortunately only one night, however we do plan to return to Fernie and stay at the Fernie Fox. Sunny was extremely friendly and helpful. He is a real asset to the hotel. The hotel is in a good location for trips into town or outdoor activities. We like the focus on eco-friendly aspects.

An older hotel that's been updated and is clean and convenient to town. It worked nicely for what we needed. No breakfast though.

The hotel is very clean, staff friendly, the only issue was that our ac was not working well.

Friendly staff, hassle free check in. Free E-bike rentals make exploring Fernie a wonderful experience. And even let me borrow some tools when I noticed a part broke on my mountain bike. Super dog friendly. Would absolutely stay again!

This place takes pride in their hotel and it for sure shows, we walked into them painting lines on in the newly paved parking lot, freshly shampooed carpets on our floor, a spotless room and really friendly staff. The only thing was the hot tub at the end of the day had a fair amount of bugs and fluf in it, but it being outside and there was a pool cleaner for us to use ourselves was no problem at all. Beautiful place. I will refer this place to people I know and return myself.

Amazing customer service,very easy going staff and very clean hotel. They have water refill station at the main level for free. They also have a hot tub and pation as well.
If i every return tonthe coty this will be my 1st choice for gotel.

This is a great, locally owned, hotel. It caters to bikers with both free laundry, hot tub, and free bicycle use to get into town. A real gem!

I really liked this hotel. There are some good amenities, such as a large, shared kitchen that is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils, a BBQ, laundry and a hot tub. We made good use of the kitchen and found the rooms to be very clean and quiet (although we were on the side of the hotel away from the road). I would stay there again.
