The floor was dirty. Had to ask for tissue paper and linens. There were cockroaches in the room. The continental breakfast - no milk for cereal, no fruit. The pillows were uncomfortable. Wrong size chair at the desk in the way of getting into the bathroom.

This property was located at an easy to find location nice bedroom and clean. Only had one complication with a person acting odd police were called

Well this one was bad. First thing when I arrived at 6pm the lobby was locked. The sign in the window says lobby closed 11pm to 6am. Rang the bell, told the guy I had a reservation. He let us in, and as he was ringing us up. I tried to make a joke since he hadn't returned my driver's license. We got to the room. The chair has white writing on the arms. The remote is missing a battery and the beds seemed to lean down, with the head being lower than the foot. I picked up the room phone to call the desk. Couldn't hear a ringtone or anything. Called using my cell phone to the office. No answer. I walked downstairs and had to knock on the door and show him the remote. He did give me new batteries. Overall disappointing.

There was cobwebs in the corners of the bedroom. The pump is in the shower and sink didnt work. The shower curtain was too short and water was all over the floor.

The check in staff was awesome and very sweet. However: the room was reaked of pot, the air conditioner was set at 61 so it was freezing in the room, the pillows were tiny and lumpy, the bed was lumpy as well, there were flies in it, it was dirty in general like hair on the floor, the toilet paper holder was broken and there was a dirty wash cloth in the toilet.

mattresses to old you can feel all the springs on your back. uneven mattres i will send the chiropractor bill. also we asked for maid service and they just replaced the wet towels with a dry but dirty towels.

Got bit by either bed bugs or fleas. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The rv remote didn’t work. Tv decided to stop working on the last day.

There was an oreo on the ground, dead bugs, the ac had no knobs and was unplugged, the tv box was hanging out of the wall ?? -- the bedding had burn holes in it, the couch had obvious ...stains. Another woman's hair was on the shower wall, the floor was sticky and left my feet black. Just grubby and nasty.

It smelled horrible and it was filthy. The neighborhood was questionable. Did not match up with the pictures on the website. I would not stay there again.

This location was right down town. No ironing board, no hangers, no kleenex. We had to ask for towels. Only 1 small garbage can. Noisy and card keys had to keep getting charged.
