Arrived late at night with a tired family and had to wait in our vehicle for 20 minutes for a “night audit” to be completed even though we already had a prepaid reservation. This is unacceptable for a hotel establishment and customer service in general.

This Best Western was radically different from the one we stayed in the night before in Bentonville AR. The AC barely functioned so we asked to be moved; the second room next door was also terrible. The third room on the north side of the building was much better. The woman working the desk really worked hard to make sure we were satisfied so kudos to her.

Some kind of nasty film on the ‘clean’ floor so would not go barefoot. Bedspread and top sheet had black stain (mascara?) with some kind of stain on a bath towel also. I will NEVER stay here again as I will pay an extra $30 for a clean place to sleep.
