Great hotel for families. Buffet was nice, the kids loved the Nutella. Shuttle service was not too bad, a little crowded, but fine overall. The pool was great, nice and warm as it was raining and cold during this time. Our favorite part was the bar/lobby area. Great drinks, a nice place to lounge after a day at the parks with the kids. Atmosphere was so much fun.

Lovely hotel ideal for close to the Disney parks, had breakfast included but only used a couple of times as was very basic! But all in all it was fairly clean and the perfect place to get a good nights rest for being the parks

Hotel was clean and close to the parks. We used this for a one night stay before moving to a Disney hotel. The staff at check in ignored us and continued to check in French guests behind us in the queue. Only after all French guests were checked in would they serve us. Being British must mean you are invisible until the French guests have been looked after.

Perfect

Located a short transfer to Disney making it a great hotel for those who don't want to stay onsite in a Disney hotel. Staff are friendly and the breakfast food is good for a buffet. Rooms are clean and modern, my only gripe is the small lights in the family room we were in didn't work. The family room with teh bunk beds has great space for a family of 4. Highlighly recommended.

Spent 5 days with family! First day my experience started off in a bad note where the Wi-fi was not working in the main lobby....???? Then the staff members were not at all accommodating of giving me microwave even if I was travelling with 5 months old baby!!! Food options were okay but the property has its own charm so overall good place to stay

Over-all the stay was good. The room was a good size for our family of 5 except that 2 of the table lamps were not working together with the 2 other wall lights. There was not much variety of food for breakfast with a "not so enticing" scrambled egg compared to neighbouring Disney hotel we were before. Noted also that there were some black limescales between the shower tiles. Otherwise, the staff were so accommodating and friendly.

Pool is very run down; there is murky water and no lifeguard 3. We had an accident on site and was told there were no first aiders who worked at the hotel; I found this unacceptable given this is a family hotel and kids everywhere. 4. The shuttle bus was full every morning so we just UBERED $18 to Disney park each way; much better than piling your family onto a packed bus.

The hotel does have a lovely light up communal area with a semi Disney feel. Bedroom was nice but a bit tired in places. It was clean and spacious. Reception lady was miserable as were some dining staff but definitely not all. Swimming pool needs a bit of attention! It was quite cold and murky too. No changing facilities that were useful. Breakfast was standard. Plentiful but standard for the hotel and not really accountable for the price. Shuttle busses get very busy!! Definitely worth visiting but at the right price.

Exceeded expectations, a really lovely hotel, really beautiful light show in the bar area with lovely music. Good sized rooms, clean, great staff. Only critisms were minor, only one small pillow each (I am disabled and need quite alot of support for my joints) we asked for extra but were only given 2 extra (four of us staying), also could of done with more tea, coffee and milk for the room, but were offered more when we asked, and thats no different to many hotels. Buffet evening meal and breakfast had good selection. Shuttles to Disneyland Paris were regular, although we did uber back to the hotel after the deone and firework show as the shuttles are crammed and no ropm to get on with a mobility scooter. Overall all a really great, clean, family friendly hotel and lovely staff.

Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. The hotel lobby and lounge are really magical this was something special. There is a supermarket about 10 min walk from hotel to the left as you leave. I would most definitely come back here and it’s lovely to sit out the back and have a relax at the end of the day with a drink. I didn’t use the pool or evening buffet to be able to comment. Only negative point was the toilet pan was dirty at the rim where the water leaves it. That should be checked and cleaned. There is also a near bus stop if you want to visit Val D’Europe shopping mall

The hotel lobby is beautiful and so relaxing. The rooms are clean and comfortable but family rooms lack storage. The toilets in the lobby / bar were always smelly and dirty. One day we came back and the cleaner had left our door open, luckily nothing was taken. However, ive heard loads of people say they've had items stolen from their roon, this js probably why. Hopefully its accidental and not some sinister inside job. The shuttle is dangerous, it serves 5 hotels and is every 15 mins and theres way too many people ramming on, spilling out the doors and even pushing each other. one night a girl was pushed out of the bus ! people threaten each other too over this shuttle. disney needs to sort this
