Pleasant service and maintained outdoor property. Room was a let down. Superficially clean (vacuumed floor, beds and bathroom neat). However we quickly learned the floors, while vacuumed, were not washed (wiping up spilled water turned the cloth black). Areas that are not really seen by guests, like behind the door, around the night table, the ceiling) has dust, bugs and webs. Bathroom floor was very water damaged. Service was good in the very few interactions. Property was kept tidy. The pool and beach were nice but rules were not enforced by staff (children running, tubes in the pool, jumping…which were an issue for us because it was dangerous for our 3 year old in the pool at some points). We did not bring our issues to the attention of the staff. The shower didn’t drain properly and we had an awful experience with the toilet clogging and water going everywhere. I lost beach towels trying to stop the water. It was the worst. We had to pack our things quickly just save our stuff and off the floor. The water leaked so bad it went under the beds and out onto the balcony.

The grounds are beautiful. Everything could be cleaner. The beach had cigarette buds on it, room was full of sand when I arrived, floor in bathroom was poorly installed so water was getting under the boards from the shower. Overall, the beach and location are great.

Our stay was great! The property was clean and well maintained. Only 2 issues- We wanted to kayak but we were told to do this in person. When I did I was told to come back that you can’t do it ahead of time. We ended up not going- the office was always busy. That was disappointing. Also, the toilet was incredibly loud.

Stay was ok - beds comfortable, Ants in the bathroom was annoying. Views were nice, room was otherwise very clean. Shower nice hot & good pressure. Convenient to everything, nice heated pool. Breakfast bar was cozy & good price. Would stay here again.

Could have been cleaner. Cob webs all over the room. Bathroom definitely in need of a remodel. The view of the lake from our room was amazing enough to overlook the negative aspects.

Great location and views, great service. Inside the room was much newer than outside. The floors and windows needed a really good cleaning. The bathroom was decently clean and the beds were comfy. I think some sort of rug to wipe your feet when you walk in your room would be a big help.

Besides making the beds, and changing the towels and sheets on a daily basis, the floors also need to be clean more often.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Everything is always kept well. Definitely will be going back thus was our 2nd trip there. We love it

Motel on the lake shore with a charming little sand beach, a swimming pool and even some open air BBQs for the braved! Spacious room with 2 good and large beds!

First thing that happened was my toilet got clogged it got fixed and then everytime I flushed the smell was terrible septic tank horrendous. Then they lost power and I needed up leaving early due to having a special needs daughter, that wasn’t going to be able to handle the situation with no ac in 93 degree weather. They don’t have a backup when they lose power. Not a fun experience at all.

Although there were power outages because of thunder and lightening we still were able to enjoy our stay. Staff shared what businesses were open to the public with generators who were able to serve food. We had a good time.

The staff was amazing. Great customer service. The location was great. It needs some updating. The room had a damp smell when we first walked in. Overall though location was good and beautiful views.

Lake front property, walkable to town 20 min, staff was nice. The room I stayed was smelling like mold but the staff changed me to another room and it was perfect! The hotel is a bit old still need some updating. It could be a lot more clean the ac needs replacement.

This is a wonderful hotel on the lake, very close to town. The pool is heated and lots of nice furniture. The grounds are well maintained and the view from the room is terrific. Lots of beachfront here. You can walk across street and wait for a $1 trolley to get into town - they run often so not much of a wait. Staff here is very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was good overall, the property is clean. The room was not properly cleaned as we had sand in the chairs and hair in the shower. The staff was very nice.

Staying here was like your own private resort Very scenic. Was a change compared to everywhere else that I stayed in Lake George Will be back again. Just off the strip. We loved it !

It was nice and convenient specifically for family with kids. Playground in the front of the hotel, made it easier for the kids, the pool was nice and clean, and staff was kind.
