The room was roach infested, the towels, and linens were all stained and dirty. Staff was horribly rude. Bad experience all around! The keycards didn’t even work they had to let us in our own room!

This was a great deal for the price. I had a safe clean space to work and have my dog with ease. Friendly service and it didnt break the bank. With todays administration we business and customers are doing what we can. Thank you for a great stay!

Hot tub was cold! We requested for the hot tub temp to be raise and was told it was at it highest temp, I had goosebumps bc it was so cold. Stairs smelled like dog pee and when asked for pool towels they were very unfriendly to us. The morning lady was nice but the guy in the evening was not friendly at all and acted like we were a burden.

They refused to heat up the hot tub. It was freezing. 84 degrees is below our body temperature and that’s the highest he was willing to set the temperature and stated that the city told him he cant increase it. I only wanted to stay there so my kids could swim and I could use the hot tub. He was nice to refund half my stay so we could leave earlier.

I found a pack of cigarettes in the room, the phone didn't work and they had the a/c heater disconnected. I had to always push a button at the front desk for someone to help me. The pictures I reviewed did not match the room I walked into. The sheets were dirty. There were burn marks on the shelf from cigarettes sitting there. I quickly left and went to another hotel. I strongly recommend staying away from here.

It was horrible! Elevator was out so had to climb 3 flights of stairs, then the door was stuck so had to walk back downand up again. Finally got in and the AC wasn't on and it was soooo hot. This is TEXAS ya know, theAC should have been on so we wouldn't have to walk into a hot room. It took 2 hrs to cool off but was never really cool. Then trot back down 3 flights of stairs again with our dogs and bags.
