Our stay at the hotel was mostly positive. The breakfast was good, and the majority of the staff were friendly, professional, and wore name tags, which added a nice touch of hospitality. However, the experience at check-in left much to be desired. The gentleman who assisted us was not very friendly and often responded with sarcastic looks and remarks. When we inquired about the heating, he dismissively said, 'We don't have heat,' which felt unhelpful. Despite that, the rest of the staff were polite and accommodating. The rooms, while quite small, were clean and well-maintained. Overall, we would recommend staying here, but considering the price point, there are other comparable options available.

Was able to check in at noon as they had room ready. About 20 minutes walk to Interlaken OST station. Good breakfast

Staff member initially said it was working and then after an hour when others complained, she said it was the router. She said at end I hope you can sleep without the internet.Ramona on the other hand did everything she could to help the following morning and even offered her personal phone to use

We enjoyed our two day stay here. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. And the breakfast was excellent. They offered a variety of foods, juices, breads and have a great coffee machine. Plus, they even made fresh scrambled eggs. We’d stay here again.

Nice quiet location off the main shopping area. Close to Interlaken West train station. Breakfast was delicious and staff friendly and helpful. Wonderful base for travel across Switzerland.

Hotel staff was excellent and even allowed us for an early checkin. They suggested good travel recommendations and breakfast was good too.

It was a pleasant stay. Nothing spectacular. For the price per night I paid, it’s almost the same as booking in the Grand Hotel in Geissbach. The only good thing was that they accommodated the four of us with kids in the bunkbed.

This place has a lovely back yard where you can hang out and enjoy the views of the alps. There’s also a kitty that is extremely friendly and added the perfect charm to the place. Overall loved it here, would highly recommend. GREAT WATER!!

Small hotel with nice garden area at the back. Good location for central Interlaken. Only gripe was that the garden area had its own kitchen facilities but you were expected to.bring down your own cup and coffee etc from the room.

Pleasant stay. Double room paid for. No discount for single, but inly 1 towel supplied.
One bed covered so forced to sleep in a single bed. Staff could try smiling.

Close to residential area so very quiet. Downside to that is that the garden is closed at 9pm. No chance to use microwave after 7pm.

Perfect room for a solo traveler! Very close to central area (<5 min walk). This was exactly what I needed while going out for day hikes.

Great location, just outside of downtown Interlaken. Very quiet, beautiful garden space and nice rooms, well maintained. Great breakfast as well.

The staff was a little weird about some things like no food in your room, can't take anything signs all over breakfast. Can't fill water bottles. Just all those rules makes it feel less hospitable and like your mom is going to come out and slap your hand for doing something wrong.
