Another pleasant stay at Astoria Plaza in a one-bedroom suite for two adults staying three nights. A previous stay and wanting a kitchen were the main reasons I booked this hotel. The suite was spacious, clean and well equipped with the kitchen having everything that we required. There is a spacious dining area and living room for entertaining guests or just chilling in front of the TV. Staff are polite and efficient and the property is walking distance to a mall, where we stocked up on groceries. There are nearby convenience stores, laundry services and lots of dining out choices in the neighbourhood. The only downside to our stay was the aircon unit being installed right next to one side of the bed, so I ended up getting a head-cold from sleeping next to it and being exposed to a draft all night…I probably should have turned it off when we were sleeping, but I didn’t want the room to get too hot either. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Really beautiful apartment! Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. Room was perfect - only downfall was the slow elevator.

Easily accessible, very helpful and friendly staff, great food, and clean nice rooms. The bathrooms gets flooded though during showers without the presence of any enclosure.

It was dirty. There was a cockroach in the room. Personal was late in attending my request. They don't allow you to drink in your room. I will never comeback.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite for our family of 5 and it was more than enough room for all of us. The breakfast buffet at the ground floor can be booked together with your reservation or as an add-on when you arrive as needed and we highly recommend it. Because of the great variety and delicious selection you can technically have brunch and not need to eat lunch! They have a shuttle to SM Megamall and to another mall on a scheduled twice a day pick-up and drop off which we didn’t need to use during our stay. We found a faster turn around time laundry by walking along the street near the hotel that was inexpensive versus waiting a week for the hotel to subcontract the same laundry somewhere else. The customer service is great and the staff is friendly! The place it a bit run-down with deferred maintenance which can be overlooked because of the food and and the space provided. One downside is that the 3 days we were there we had to keep calling the front desk because of cockroach activity in the kitchen. I appreciate being able to have a luggage scale delivered to our room during the night before our flight. I also appreciate the window AC in each bedroom and living room that made the stay comfortable. We don’t mind booking a stay there again!
