This motel is starting to clean up a bit, in the past its filled with homelesa and drug addicts. you couldnt go out to your car without being asked for aome type of drug. Seems to be improving some..the rooms are basic and will do the job for a night or two.

Overall it was a decent stay. We needed a place until we could find a rental, so it was about 3 weeks in total ( 3 seperate reservations).
Pros:
-Great staff
-Clean and decent comfort
-Pet friendly
-Good price
-Near shops and food
-Security
Cons:
-Upstairs can be loud, we struggled to sleep frequently due to that.
-Homeless and druggies are frequently surrounding the property, however there was security.

The staff are all super polite, even the security guards. The room was clean, and we had no issues when asking for things like clean towels or toilet paper. We had our 2 dogs, and there were plenty of areas to take them around the hotel. The water pressure was good and the beds were decently comfortable in my opinion.

Felt unsafe around property. Lots of homeless and drug addicts around the area. Room stunk like wet dog while we were there. We had to buy an air freshener to help wit it a bit. Some front desk was good. Others were kind of weird and a little unprofessional in front of the guests.

We booked for a non-smoking room, but there was one smoking room available only when we're checking in. Terrible smell, terrible experience, terrible staffs.

Air conditioner filter is so dirty and lots of dog fur visibly seen stuck in the filter. Beds smelled so stinky, could be dogs pees in the beds.

Me and my husband called to make sure he could reserve a room in my name and i would only have to show my ID because he's in Massachusetts at the moment, they only took the first night out and then refused the card for the second night because the card wasn't in my name. They would not let me stay the first night without me paying a different way or cancelling the second night through the app that we reserved the room from. After my husband spent the better part of his day on the phone and I sat outside in the rain and sleep outside again, being homeless I was really looking forward to a couple night's inside and couldn't get it even after taking the right steps to make sure they had no reason to deny my stay and they made it very unpleasant and my husband still has not gotten a refund for the first night.it was the most frustrating experience I have ever had to deal with, more trouble then it's worth.

The manager Crystal is a wonderful person and she works hard to keep her motel in good shape, despite having to deal with being in area that is a challenge! Kudos to Crystal!

Needed a place that I could stay with my dogs. Not the greatest area overall. Had security during the day, but I didn’t see them during the night. Parking lots were well lit, but there was a lot of activity past midnight. Room was small and mattress was past due for replacement. I wouldn’t not stay here again, but being pet friendly is the biggest pro.
