We arrived later around 11 pm and there was no one at the front desk for approx. 10 to 15 minutes. We called the hotel and listened to the front desk phone ring. Finally the desk clerk walked in from the parking lot. She attempted to check us in. When trying to process the $100 deposit for incidentals her computer was showing my card was declined however the credit card scanner showed the charge to be processed. She had me run the card an additional 3 times that processed 3 other $100 charges.
She said she would check with the manager and gave us room keys. When we arrived to our room both keys did not work forcing us to return to the front desk for reactivation. The manager did correct the credit card problem a couple of days later. Everyone was nice and apologetic however after a long traffic day problems checking in to a hotel are exhausting.
The checking in process was our only issue.

People were playing loud music and talking and nobody said anything. My door key didn’t work again and again. But convenient place to stay in Everett city to drive to Mount Rainier and North Cascades.

This was the last stop on a two week vacation for us. Very pleased with our suite. It was really nice to have another room to spread out to instead of having to sit on the bed. Breakfast was ok. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Room could use more/better chairs. Shower was almost non-existent, just a trickle and small water pattern. Breakfast isn't too bad as there is protein but it was the same each day and they ran out of bagels.

Nice comfy beds. Poor replenishing of tissue rolls asked twice, toiletries, coffee, tea, sugar cups. Told me to go down stairs and get them..... I've never heard of such a thing of I'm paying for 3 nights at cost they should replenish unless i put sign up to stay out. Never rent here again

Accommodations were perfect for a girls getaway weekend. Staff were terrific. We left an item in the room. A few hours after checkout we got a call. The item was retrieved , all was well.

The facility is old. Some of the furniture and drapery worn. I felt they were doing the best with what they had. Some upgrades were done which help. It was clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. The area is questionable and it is very noisy on the street side of the building.

At breakfast, milk was out at start of day. Requested manager to get it from next door gas station. She said no.
Told her that room sink and tub drain was blocked, she just shrugged.

Great place for one night on our way to Canada. Nothing to get too excited about, but beds are comfortable and everything worked. Breakfast was good. Again, did the job,but nothing too exciting. Only fresh oranges offered and they looked like they were months old. Workout room is minimal and very small space, but better than nothing. I would stay here again if needed.
