We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Hotel. The staff was professional and responsive to our needs. The only negative was when the water ran out in the shower for two out of 5 family members sometime during our stay (5 nights, 4 days).

I always love staying in this hotel every time I come home. The room is clean, staff are friendly and very helpful when you need something. The food tastes really good!! Good job kitchen staff for a job well done!! Richard and the rest of the team are very accommodating in all your needs. Embassy hotel is like my 2nd home. I highly recommended this for all travelers to come and stay to this amazing hotel in butuan city.

The staff are very Friendly and polite. The room was beautiful and very clean.The food is great and a good price. This was our second time staying at Embassy and definitely will again 🙂

I liked the response from the staff about "hulmigous" (ants) in the room. Immediate clean up. I liked the response to the absence of internet service for the first few hours of my stay. "We are working on it." and the problem was likely not to do with the hotel but the ISP. I liked the bathrooms in both rooms I stayed in. Outstanding size of the shower, water pressure and volume was great, the shower fixtures were top notch. Best I have experienced in the Philippines.
The neighborhood appears rough but it is safe and the people are not in anyway threatening.
