Convenient to airport with shuttle to terminal. The staff were lovely and helpful, we had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were not comfortable, but proximity to airport was more important to us.

We only stayed a few hours during a long layover but our whole experience was great from check in to check out. The bed was so comfortable! Staff was all very kind and they have a great breakfast buffet. Very close to the airport and a couple beautiful castles. We were able to see one before catching our flight back home.

We chose this hotel because it advertised (on the hotels.com site) an accessible shuttle to and from the airport. The large bus shuttle that took us to airport in the morning was accessible, but the small van that picked us up the night before was not accessible. The distance from inside the van to street level is a wide gap and I ended up injuring myself when I lost my footing and hit the door jamb with my head and and shoulder.

Our one night stay before heading to Canada was amazing. From check in at reception right through to check out next morning. Stayed with other family members and service in the bar and restaurant was great. Food was amazing, will definitely be back.

The rooms were so much nicer that what I expect as an "airport" hotel. Top notch. Also, get the breakfast in the morning. Possibly the best breakfast on our Ireland trip!!

I had booked a junior suite and was given the Ducati Suite on the 4th Floor, to me this has to be the best room in the building. Staff are amazing and will always ensure that the guests are left happy Great hotel especially if you need to be in Dublin for anything

Upon check in, we were quite tired, so we asked for a quiet room. Reception told me that was no problem and we were given a key to a room directly above an outdoor seating restaurant. The windows were open, it was hot, humid, and stale. 2nd floor, so quite close and VERY LOUD. We closed the windows, assumed we turned on the AC, and figured by the time we got ready for bed the room would be cool and restaurant closed so all would be fine. We went out to dinner. When we returned, it was hotter. We investigated a little further and realized the unit was just a fan, or heat. No air conditioning. We went to Expedia's site, nothing was indicated. We reached out to Expedia, who contacted the hotel. We were told it was a basic room, there was no AC, we could not be moved, but we could have a fan and free breakfast. Expedia offered us a few pennies (like $30, we spent $300 per night), we opened the windows for a bit listening to not only the restaurant, but the "Nite Club" across the street thumping all night. The bed was a small hard rock, the pillows were flat. There is no top sheet. The bedding was well past it's prime full of pilling, very scratchy. The carpet is stained, and there is no hair dryer in the room. Probably because it's basic? Who knows. We checked out early, are under dispute, and slept well the next night SOMEWHERE ELSE. I would only recommend this hotel to someone I don't like. Does that help?

While we don't expect much from hotel food, we decided to have dinner there again our second night due to the great service (Aga) and very good food. My entree was worthy of any white tablecloth restaurant. Finally, they are making a real effort to respect the environment, not just with refillable water bottles with stations, their free airport shuttle is an electric bus.

The hotel was great. I was able to check in a little early. I was provided with instructions on how to take Bus 16 to the City Centre. In the morning Yeliz assisted with information about the shuttle bus to the airport.

Wonderful stay, loved the water stations on each floor. Wish we had stayed longer.
