Just need to change the carpet of the hotel. Its old and smell cigarette. And laugage carrier need new wheels. They are plat you you can not even push it. Thats all otherwise the hotel is nice.

The hotel was comfortable, convenient location and clean. However, the parking fee at $25 per night as a guest I believe is unfair for all guests seeing that parking should be included for guests during their time at any hotel. For 3 nights would be $75 just for a car to sit in the parking lot for hours and not being used. And there should be an airport shuttle service. I only found out after arriving to MIA that there was none.

We had seen a few negative reviews ad were nervous about what we'd find, but with the exception of some worn seats in the dining area, everything was awesome. The 7am uber to the airport was less than $10, and a nice quick ride. We nitice that an uber at 8am was more than double, so timing is everything in uber-land. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property

My group used three rooms, and two of them had issues with the bathtubs, where the water was draining very slowly, while one room had a problem with the toilet. The carpets were filthy, adding to the overall unpleasantness. The pool had green algae covering the walls, which was highly concerning. When we asked about moving to different rooms, the staff informed us that there were no other rooms available. They also said maintenance would come the next day at noon, which was essentially our checkout time. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt property, and it will most likely be the last, at least for this category. A truly disappointing stay from start to finish.

This place is a joke. Try to check in have to buzz/call to be let in. Was outside for 5 mins waiting for someone to answer. Kept calling kept getting ignored. My bf finally found a maintenance guy to let us in the building to check in. Smh this was the most difficult hotel to check into. Could have gone to La Quinta and gotten an easier check in.

Best hotel in the area for its price. The facility is extremely nice and modern inside. The pool is fantastic. They offer free breakfast as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a layover from Miami airport and it was very convenient. The airport was 5 mins away from the hotel. The place was clean . I would definitely stay there again.

Very convenient to travel around the city. About 25 mins to Miami Beach. 15 mins to downtown Miami. 18 mins to Miami SEAQUARIUM.

The place is nice just doesn’t have nothing around it to do although Eddie the manager was super great. The staff was really great. We’re taking care of us getting another shuttle to downtown Miami.
