Great location - close to Levante beach and only 5 min walk to the top of the strip but far enough away not be kept awake by noise. No stags or hens allowed at the hotel which is good for a couples break. Great view from the 15th floor - lovely pool area and food breakfast choice but they do start to clear everything away very swiftly- so don’t go down to breakfast thinking you can rock up 5 minutes before it ends ! Recommended

Hotel was nice and clean. Restaurant staff very friendly m, bar staff not as much. Didn’t like the glass walls for the bathroom and shower always flooded. Food in the restaurant was nice, but snack bar not as much. Snacks and food should have been available in restaurant throughout the day. Overall enjoyed the hotel, but would do All inclusive there again

Absolutely lovely spacious hotel . Spotless everywhere great pool area great entertainment . On the downside I had a sea view room which I thought I had before but this was a lot smaller bed was more like a 4 ft size . Bathroom with a massive glass window looking straight onto the bed area / room glass door no PRiVACY at all no lock on bathroom door . It might as well have had no door or window as it was all see through .Made the room like a bed sit ! Was not for me or my husband as we don't feel like we being watched on toilet also if the cleaner came in room and you were in shower / toilet how embarrassing it would be !!

Very nice stay, rooms are really nice with balcony looks over the sea on the upper floor’s.
Lifts are quite slow though so you do have to wait a bit.

Great location, right on the beach, main strip only 5 minutes away. Great modern and clean rooms and the food was pretty decent. Topping it off was a proper double bed that was very comfy.

Great location only 2 minutes to the promenade & beach. Also close to the nightlife & lots of restaurants. Fantastic views from the balcony on the 16th floor. Room clean & spacious but only tea no coffee available. Lifts are a major pain!

we had a lovely stay as we have before, clean ,helpful.
the only issue we had was ,swim wear being worn in the dinning room .
I did not want to see a near naked women, while eating my food

so we were so disappointed since the hotel looked amazing we were bommed to fin out that all inclusive dit not include everything for example did you have to pay extra for a slushie. there were almost no vegetarian options that werent cheese or vegetables. it was no coffe or tea in the dining room so for lunch/dinner ypu hade desserts but no coffe.
the bar could not make non-alcoholic drinks.
The spa was extra 10 euros per person. most of the people working at the hotel were rude. we were very dissipointed esepcially since we got a servey we could fill out for them to improve our stay and nothing happend.

I couldn't fault this hotel, beautiful hotel room,pool amazing, and entertainment staff were fantastic at the pool every day. Hotel is spotless, staff cleaning constantly. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic service, very attentive staff, food excellent. located near all the shopping and bars at Levante beach.

great hotel but shower was dangerous. while using shower it was prone to go cold and then absolutely dangerously scolding. jumping in and out of shower is not best way to prepare for dinner :-(
