Two thumbs up! Nathan at the desk was extremely welcoming and helpful! The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious! Great location! Will definitely stay there again, if given the opportunity

The stay was great! Breakfast delicious-lots of variety. The only downfall was the pool being closed. I would stay here again, but please make sure your pool is open when you advertise a pool.

This place appears to be falling apart, but it did the trick for one night. Breakfast was terrible. Not in a great area of town.

Headed from West Texas to Tulsa had to break up the distance! Our room was very comfortable. It helped to drive sleep and finish the drive rested. It was a great stay! Will do the same trip in a couple of weeks for my granddaughter’s first birthday and I know where we will stay!

The staff were very nice. Unfortunately the elevator was broken both times I stayed there. I’m handicap and have a hard time navigating stairs especially with a suitcase and bags. The room was very clean but the hallways and corridors not as much.

Then after getting to room opted to go use the hot tub to relax knee after a long day of travel to find that not operational either.
Barely got even an apology from the desk agent.
In room refrigerator was not working either and that was brought to their attention as well.
Had to argue just to get $10 0ff a night for the trouble.

2. The room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 6:15pm so we couldn’t get the room next door to the rest of our party.

elevator has been out of order more than 2 months with no date of being fixed. carpet needs to be replaced, paint peeling off walls in places and veneer on furniture broken. we arrived late and left early so good enough to get some sleep. plan to haul luggage up the stairs. the staff was friendly and breakfast is standard continental breakfast.

The elevator was out and my cousin and I are both disabled, they put us on third floor and we walked up four flights of stairs we about didn't make it...I found ice on our floor all drinks were sold out. I managed to walk down two flights of stairs to second floor but no drink machine, only ice...very inconvenient, I don't drink city water but had no choice..we used the bathroom on first floor after breakfast, toilet was clogged with poop and stank so bad...service folks were courteous and breakfast was decent..
