Hot tub was very clean and not full of chemicals. Cozy room and great service at Checkin.

front desk staff was very helpful. rooms were spacious and had new wooden flooring.
unfortunately, there was no pool, no fitness center, and no laundry facility on site. if those are not something you need or want, this is a good option.

There were literally guns drawn on my walk past the gas station at the end of the block. Aside from that, the hot tub was questionable but my room was great! Close to cool restaurants/ coffee shops.

Room was comfortable. Bed was nice. Heater worked well. Desk could use a 3 prong plug. Breakfast had no protein other than hard boiled eggs.

The spa was a little hard to find and was nice and quiet. The neighborhood nice, grocery and restaurant in walking distance. Great donut place across the street.

The sauna would have been nice, but it takes 45 minutes to prep, so that was kind of inconvenient. There are some nice seating areas outside. The hotel is not near the beach and you must drive to the boardwalk, so I felt the price for our Saturday night stay was high.
