We had a great stay! We loved the location. About a 15 minute walk to Old Port which has a ton of restaurants and bars. we liked being a short way away from how hectic it was there. Staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

We appreciate this hotel for its comfort and situation. The pool is also a plus.
But unfortunately several of the personal is not well informed about: parking conditions, electricity use in the parking, transport by bus etc.
The overall impression is absolutely good, but try to be able to help your clients a little better.

Easily accessible when driving into Marseille.parked with ease at a great discounted rate. Room very clean. Pool area great. Would definitely stay again

Receptionist very helpful & informative. Clean hotel, good breakfast. Pool could have a rail to assist getting in & out but it was spotless. Close to buses & beaches.

Amazing hotel, lovely pool and very comfortable rooms. However, one staff member on reception was very rude and quite argumentative even when we checked in.

Loved the hotel and staff. Our fridge was out and maintenance arrived the next day—still had probs— and had throw out food 😔. To the left the beach and food, the right marina and more food. And the views from our balcony simply breathtaking ❤️ who could complain!

This hotel was spacious, clean, and right in the heart of Marseille. 10 minutes walking to the left was the beach, and 10 minutes walking to the right was the port with all the dining, shopping, excursions, etc. The pool and restaurant/bar were very nice. Breakfast was wonderful.
This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff, as well.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious. Only the floor at the balcony has some wood that may need to be changed soon. The building was very clean and design was nice.

This is our fourth time staying at the hotel. Very comfortable, clean rooms and extras as requested.

The hotel was nice enough and swimming pool looked clean. The reception area was scruffy, despite queues staff were in the back room. Some other customers were given the same key to our room and we didn’t receive a proactive apology from staff. Overall the decor was tired. This could be a smart hotel but needs some TLC and staff training
