First time at this family resort. My kids enjoyed it and that’s what important. The only thing bad I can say is they need to have a better air conditioner at the restaurant. Too hot.

This is not a 5 star resort whatsoever.
This is by far the worst resort I have ever been. There is no way that this resort is 5 stars, the most I would give is 2.5-3. And please believe me that I worked and stayed in a 5 star resort, but this one is far from it.
Staff. Most of them have no English at all, it is hard to communicate when they have no idea what you are asking them. I already learned in few days the basic words to ask for things like towels, sheets etc. The staff will only care of you if you tip them, otherwise you stay unoticed which is weird because it is an AI property and to me, you only tip for excellent service or if they went above and beyond to impress the client. Not only to mention that the resort is already expensive enough compared to the service they provide..,,,
Food. Stinky restaurants, no sanitizer at the door, birds inside the buffets which leave mess behind. In one world there is no food safety in place whatsoever. Food is mediocre.
Rooms stink as well, I found big bugs inside the bathroom, dirty bedding and disgusting headboards and decorative pillows .
For people who are saying this is an amazing resort either they live in same conditions or even worse. Like I said I worked at Four Seasons Resorts which is 5 stars, but this one is very far from 5.
Overall the place is dirty with careless, rude employees who are looking to be bribed. If I recommend it- NO. If I would ever be back here- Hell-NO!!!!

$200 was stolen from my suitcase. We booked 7 rooms and there were 20 of us with children. It was supposed to be a peaceful and happy family trip. Our family enjoyed it a lot, as did the children. Many of the staff were very friendly and polite. The food was reasonably good, the beach was very beautiful and the pool was also good. However, I was disappointed with what happened. I do not recommend the hotel because it is not safe. Be careful when you have to do maintenance on the room, because that was exactly when the money disappeared and hotel told us they couldn't do anything and they are not responsible for stuff inside the rooms.

Level of customer service is very low, food, albeit there's lots of options, are all of no taste, generic, and not fresh. I had to spend my 3 days after my initial arrival in the bathroom, due to their food. I came with my family, including my almost 2 year old. He caught a high fever, we called their onsite nurse, which we were told it would be $300 to come out to our room, which is absolutely unacceptable, but we had no choice, my son's well being was paramount to anything else. Then they couldn't figure out whats wrong with him, saying its probably his tonsils as he could've caught a cold, urging me to take him to a hospital to find out whats wrong, and could cost in the thousands. At that point, I realized, motivation was just money. After managing his fever as best we could at the hotel, we eventually were back in the states couple days later after his fever started, the doctor in the US immediately looked at him and said he has a Coxsackie virus, which is a bacteria that lurks in the pools, causing for red spots to grow inside my sons tonsils and all over the body, that caused his fever, appetite loss, and everything else that made our trip a total nightmare. They do not treat their pools. As they say, you get what you pay for. I'd rather overpay on future trips and actually enjoy it, but do not fall for their seemingly affordable rates. Pick a better place, you will regret this one

The staff was very friendly.The resort has many restaurants you can choose by appt. They have two big buffet restaurant the food was excellent.
Though be aware of the concierge that does book your restaurants they offer you VIP breakfast or lunch for a 90 mins presentation for the membership that they offer.

The only complaint is that they cancelled a reservation at the last minute when we were ready to go to the restaurant. Also the food in the buffet could have a little more flavoring. Outside of that it was a really good time. We would come back.

We had a little of a rough start in the beginning with Grand Sirenis Hotel’s overall service. But as soon as we reached out to Stephanie, she went above and beyond to make our experience to be special. Everything changed with her supervision, and we’d like to deeply thank staff members like Keysi and Ana from the buffet, they really made a difference for us and the service we were feeling bad about did a complete 180. The rest of the hotel is great, good areas, pools and fantastic beach!

The staff is truly the best of this hotel. Breakfast is good but lunch and dinner are mediocre. We ended up renting a car for 3 days to eat outside some decent food. Animacion Super!
