Stay was excellent.

Stay was very nice, staff was very welcoming and helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable and we were well taken care of! Only problem we had was with the pool area which need better upkeep and maintenance.

Great hotel well managed property

Very clean staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast not so much went down early no bacon or eggs biscuits were hard. Workers were sitting in the kitchen laughing so we left without breakfast. That’s the only downfall we experienced.

Very comfortable bed

I booked four days in advance, and then was given a room with a broken refrigerator. I was given no help, they told me they would not switch refrigerators because it was the weekend and the maintenance people weren't there. I don't think you need maintenance people to switch 2 fridges. And the guy at the front desk offered me no help, he said he talked with his boss and the only thing they could do was give me another room, which was smaller. I have an autistic son and a-year-old and need a large room, THATS WHY I BOOKED IT. I looked online and it showed 4 king suites available, I tell him I want one of those. He gives me one I go in there and it is a king standard. Not a king suite which has a living room area. Very dissatisfied with this hotel and will never be here again. We were going to make this our hotel for every time we see family. But we will no longer be staying here anymore.

The personal were nice and accommodating. The room smelled of mold, the ac barely worked thermostat was set at 66 and it never got below 75. The curtains literally were tattered. The chair at the desk in the room had fabric peeled off. As for the free breakfast, the coffee was so bad , we decided to go elsewhere to eat.

The staff was ok not complaining. The hotel needs to be updated. The pool and hot tub were not great. The furniture was old and in poor condition. The first room the toilet was broken. The staff moved us to another room because maintenance was not on staff. The second room smelled like the ac was on fire and the TV did not work. I will not stay here again.

Arrived at 1:31pm - sign said 2pm check-in. No exceptions. Found something else to do for the 30 minutes.

The staff was so friendly and concerned because they knew we drove in during bad weather! Our needs were meet quickly.
