Bed and pillows are very uncomfortable and it was very noisy outside I wasn’t able to sleep properly. Prior to checking out, room service knocked the door and we said we are getting ready to check out, 5 minutes later someone from the guest services knocked again asking how many minutes do we need I said 20 then he said 15-20 minutes? TV is very old and most of the time it doesn’t work and can’t cast anything. I’m always at this hotel but this time was horrible.

Room was nice and clean. Amenities needed repair, pool light laying on the deck still wired into pool. Hottub broken, sauna broken. Ridiculous to have to pay for contential breakfast. Parking is horrible had to circle the lot for over 30 min to wait for a spot. Only one handicap spot occupied by a car with no sticker.

big older style stately room, but a lot of stuff was broken and or missing, staff was gruff and unpleasant upon arrival trash was overflowing at the front entrance lots of commotion, nonetheless I grinned and bared it grinding my teeth the whole time, a concierge was friendly enough when I left offering me a coffee from a machine, no lids, it should have been a great stay but it wasn't, my car was blocked in making it difficult to get in and pack

I love the room. We stayed in a 4star hotel after that but the room at this 4 star cant not compare with raddison. Will come back next time :)

Bathroom hotwater wasn't hot in the first day. Had to ask to get it fixed and second day it was ok.

My room had a smell like it was rink like pee or the carpet was way too old. The walls had tape and covered up holes. I THINK THIS PLACE SHOULD BE REMOVED OFF EXPEDIA.

This hotel gets a very poor rating from my end due to the following reasons: 1) Upon checking in, the hotel room floors were extremely dirty and we had to have housekeeping come in and reclean the floors. 2) One of the showers on the upstairs level would only give out either extremely hot or extremely cold water. The maintenance individual let us know that there is an issue with the faucet, and it needs to be replaced. We were down 1 bathroom and the faucet did not get fixed until our last night at the hotel. 3) You could not take a shower in the one working bathroom upstairs, without water leaking through the ceiling in the main floor bathroom. This is completely unacceptable, not to mention disgusting. 4) There is a severe lack of parking. If I am staying at the hotel, there should be sufficient parking spots to accommodate hotel guests. 5) Last night there was a sketchy man and a woman trying to get into our room at 1230am. We called the front desk, and they called us back and let us know that the individuals were escorted out of the building. We have small children with us, we do not feel safe staying somewhere where there are people trying to break into our rooms.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Very clean and well maintained. Salt water pool was a perk! Staff were very good and professional. Would definitely stay here again!

Its a beautiful ogrand old hotel. Staff is veryfriendly and attentive. Great spa &swimmi gpool.Rooms are large & comfortable. Very easy access to major hwy. Close to airport (20min) withvery little traffic.

Breakfast was 10$ for cereal, and nothing not a good experience.
