Excellent facility. Two issues--I wanted a tub--described as tub accessible. Turned out to be a shower with a seat--not the same thing. Also on the website and my registration it showed check in 3p and check out 12N. When I left at 11:30 am I was told at the desk that check out was 11 am. A major disconnect with what is on the website and reservation. I offered to show her my confirmation. She just said I don't have the ability to change it. Also not sure why this evaluation is dates showing Sun Oct 06-Mon Oct 07. My stay was Mon Oct 07-Tues Oct 08.

Best night sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. Bed and pillows were perfect. I was on the fifth floor-top floor-and didn’t hear a thing. Room was nice and dark. Could use some updating but it was clean.

I got in very late but everyone was friendly and helpful. The bed wasvery comfortable and the sheets were wonderful. I have stayed here before and probably will again.

Refrigerator broken, very noisy from 95 traffic. There was a terrible smell in room.The room was small very small and needs to be updated.

The hotel is nice But restaurant service awful I have 2 charges on my card to start with for dinner The waitress brought me check before even asking if I want anthing else etc just literal kicked me out If I will stay there again I will not go to the restaurant . Not worth it

When I initially requested a room change due to the delay, I was told that it couldn't be accommodated because I had booked through a third-party. How I paid shouldn't affect the level of customer service I receive. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn't stay at this location again. I believe it would be fair to receive a partial refund for the inconvenience I experienced.
